Helpful on the telephone, I drove over here without an appointment and they noted that they were booked full, but would get to the car when they could. Kevin called me and sent a diagnostic analysis of the car and what needed to be done, what was recommended, and what would be optimal for longevity and performance. The cost was not impossibly high, and they're closer than the dealership in Roswell. Our car was done within a day. Kevin called me to give me a heads up. I have been driving it today and it started up like a dream. No more concerns about "battery saving power mode", or the other items we had done to avoid service again for an oil change 2 months from now. We got it all done and it was so easy I'd do it again.
