WoW! Talk about Karma. On Memorial Day Weekend I was headed from Asheville, NC., to Montgomery, Al. Our car broke down on interstate 85 S. Saturday evenig. My brother, back in Alpharetta, Ga, searched the internet to find James Brooks Automotive, with it's glowing reviews. And, I am here to concur. I had the car towed to the automotive shop, 10:30pm that evening. I filled out the repair form that evening, left the keys, and continued on my trip south. I would not know whether I would need a car rental to get back to Asheville, until they had inspected the car on Monday. (Which complicates matters evening more sense the only place to rent a car on a holiday is an Airport.) They were open on Memorial day Monday to attend to my breakdown. James and Carolyn couldn't have been nicer, or more fair with their labor charges. I too am in the retail business, and I can tell you. You don't open on Memorial Day Monday for the only purpose of making money. You have to have a love for your trade, and and love to be available to the general public. If there was a key to the city of Commerce, GA., they get my vote to receive it. James and Carolyn are wonderful ambassadors representing the citizens of Commerce, GA.
Thanks James and Carolyn for caring, and being there.
Continued success to you both.
