My car was towed to a Hyundai dealership and they advised me that the drain plug was not put back on properly. When I called to discuss this with the owner, he told me that it made more sense that somebody came to my house and drained the oil out of my car than them to have made a mistake I'll be taking them to small claims court.

I was obviously upset they only looked under the car and said the cap and filter were tight And tried to send me on my way. Never looked under the hood. I immediately went to Athens Ford where I was informed that Rapid Lube did not put the oil stick back in all the way, causing oil to pour on the motor. I tried to call back up there and tell them and they hung up on me. After further research I found the owner and his number. Mr. Leon Smallwood informed me that his employees said I was rude and he had lawyers to do whatever I had to do. Please don't ever take your car here. It's like playing russian roulette.
