I was told that the batteries could be delivered to my home but not installed there. So I imposed upon someone with a trailer to load up the golf cart and me (I'm an eighty year old man with limited mobility). When we arrived at the store at the appointed time that I set up before hand and was told again that they will not install. I mentioned that I had spoken to several people prior to coming out. I was then told that the business had "changed management" and that they now no longer do this. Another employee had been in the process of ringing us up when this young lady said that. Needless to say, we left without purchasing and I am happy to give my money with a management team who is happy to install. Not even one star is deserved. Good luck batteries plus. Bad reviews are no joke to businesses.

She helped through the whole process, made it easy, and also didn't belittle me. On the other hand. The first battery we put in had an issue with the post and terminal staying on. Clearly it wasn't fitting correctly. She had a coworker come out to help. Aiden I think? Since 2008, I have been buying Interstate batteries for ALL my vehicles, usually 2 to 3 every year…read more Since the Decatur location closed years ago, I have to make a special trip and trek to Suwanee, usually an hour drive, minimum. Two weeks ago, I attempted, but Buford Hwy was shut down at a point with no warning. Finally, I had to re-route my trip, arriving at 5:02. Today, I happened to be 20 mins away after a doc appt and took the chance. Well, just ad I got close, there was a wreck right past the exit! 50 mins later, I arrived at the center at 4:54. Quickly grabbed my Jaguar battery and struggled across the lot. A man unlocks the office door to tell me his system is down and proceeded to chastise me for my arrival time. I beseeched him to service me, expressing my exasperation with my latest attempts and how few centers are available. Dan responded impatiently with how he has to be there at 7am, and he would have to pay overtime...workers want to get home to their kids, etc. So, after putting the battery back in my vehicle, I knocked on the office door and asked if he would extend some concession for a future visit. To my surprise, he threw out an insulting 5%!!! "That doesn't even cover taxes." I replied. Clearly Dan did not care nor appreciate my business. I understood about the system being down, but he made NO ATTEMPT at demonstrating that he would like to keep me as a customer. He operated like a government office--'You need us more than we need you, you little nobody'. Although I pulled out the largest battery, I had two more I wanted to swap, but would've been satisfied with servicing one, OR providing an appreciation discount for my next hour long trek. The store hours can use expanding by at least 30 minutes, especially since Metro traffic has swelled and road construction is ongoing, not to mention the usual. I was highly surprised, disappointed and disgusted with Dan's mediocrity for such a highly regarded product. Ms. President

Best car buying experience ever!…read more This is honestly an understatement of my experience. Typically when car buying is typically stressful and anxious. This was the total opposite for me. My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. Which we all know "may not happen" After our conversation and his ways of responding. I knew he cared about fulfilling my needs and making sure I would be happy. The conversation alone made me feel confident to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. The best was yet to come! Walking into this dealership, the whole aura of how everyone speaks to you and the way they speak to one another. The whole interaction I was there for a couple of hours which felt more at ease and like hanging out with family than actually being at the dealership wondering who is going to "get you". I conversed with everyone there, another salesman man Shane, finance and sales manager Chris. You have to be there yourself to understand. Everyone is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is professional, they work as a team for sure. You can tell when people love what they do! Thank you for assisting me in purchasing my beautiful vehicle. I wish you continued well deserved success and hope you make everyone feel the way I felt today while doing something that can sometimes be stressful. You have truly changed my opinion on "going to a dealer". These are the type of dealerships you want to do business with. Even after a long day, I couldn't even wait to write this review. You are 10 in my book. Truly, thank you.
