The manager insisted it must have come from a rock outside and was "impossible" to have happened there. I walked to the area where my car had been serviced--rough pavement with loose rocks everywhere. To say it's impossible for a rock or debris to have struck my windshield there is unreasonable. They didn't check cameras or even try to investigate, simply dismissed my concern. I haven't even made the first payment on this car, and now I'm left with damage I didn't have before.
