In less than 2 minute I had a very reasonable quote to repair my broken window. She also gave me a reasonable time window. I accepted immediately. At the stated time, a man named Cesar showed up at my vehicle. Professionally dressed and immediately went to work. In 31 minutes he was done. He had installed the new glass; vacuumed up all the pieces of broken glass; cleaned the glass with Windex; swept up the broken glass from the ground. Also another con: we came on 2 Saturdays in a row. Each time they told ius, If you order and wait .. the wait time could be 2 hours minimum. Best to place the order and come back 2-3 hr later. The guys that work there are all tattooed, dirty tan, rock and roll, trailer park looking guys. They look like they'd be in a TOBY Keith music video. I call them before I get there to tell them what's wrong with my car and they give me potential diagnosis of what it could be. Updated a year later: Customer service is still great. Got a new car and one of my lights came on. Went in to ask if they could tell me what it was. Turns out it was time for an oil change, which confused me because the dealership told me they put synthetic oil in and I wouldn't need an oil change for 6 months. So he checks it and says, go elsewhere because the dealership maybe ripping me off. He even told me which type of synthetic to get. As far as the comments saying everything is slow-I can only imagine the inventory they have back there that they would have to go through to get the specific parts they need to pull on the spot. Then add customer after customer and it would get backed up. But for the prices, I'll wait. Before you install parts-test fit and double check what came off the vehicle is the same. That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.
