DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE !! I was referred to this office for a root canal from my dentist. I was…read morequoted by the office staff a certain amount, which having insurance was more than I expected to have to pay, but would do what I had to do. Or, I was told I would have to apply for Care Credit or pay the over time. Ok fine. I was prepared to pay the amount quoted. The morning of my appointment, I received a call from their office staff that I owed another $500.00. Now, knowing their office had my insurance information for some time, I was a little shocked and now requested something showing where this extra money now owed came from. I was informed they could not provide anything in writing that they were verbally told by the insurance company of this amount. I was beyond perplexed and needed a little more explanation, just wasn't going to pay them another $500.00 with no written explanation, to which I was placed on an abrupt hold and a "lovely" person, Scott, who apparently is the "office manager" picked up the line and made it clear he was beyond irritated and NOT happy that he had to speak to me about this, me being his potential patient. He went on to be the absolute rudest individual I've dealt with in a professional setting in a very long time. He was unprofessional, RUDE, argumentative, talked over me, and made it clear he hates his job and also made it very known I was a complete nuisance and annoyance to him, again, a potential patient and him, the office manager who should be more well versed in customer service. Being taken aback by his lack of professionalism with the way he was speaking to me, I had no other choice but to cancel my appointment because why on earth would I want to every think about going to their office for dental work if this is the way he treats his patients. And I will make it my now important task to make people aware of this office's behavior to their potential patients. They need in depth and long-term customer service training and how NOT to treat their potential patients.

On the end of the consultation for a root canal, I was given an estimate of what my cost share…read morewould be. That is what I was prepared to pay. On the day before the procedure, someone from the office called to confirm the appointment. After the procedure was done, my cost share changed without anyone telling me in advance. The person that called a day prior should have informed me of the exact cost share, especially since it changed from my original estimate. The fact they didn't isn't good business at all. That's not a good way to treat a patient. On top of all that, when I told the person what I was told initially, she coldly said "it was only an estimate and if the insurance pays more, you'll get a refund... If the insurance company pays less, you'll get a bill". NOT a good experience at all with the front desk/billing people. On the other hand, Dr. Andrea Fiori did awesome work and is the best. My advice, train/retrain the front desk and billing people on how to treat customers.

Searching for a general dentist, I came upon Dr. Forrester…read more The following is my experience with him and his office. -the initial visit went well. I left the office assured that each step of my treatment would be coordinated with other doctors involved in it. The issues raised as soon I've scheduled with my periodontist to have the tooth extracted: I was told that the temporary device would take at least 3 weeks to deliver (at the initial visit, I was told that the device will be made on time to temporary replace the extracted tooth). At the initial visit, when I asked the doctor about the costs associated with my case, I was referred to the front desk. Later, I was surprised/alarmed when the front desk person got irritated when I asked for the information. To remain to be a patient of the doctor, it seems, I had to agree to be kept in the dark about the costs as well as about the time frame of my treatment. All considered, I've decided to look for another dentist. Ludmila O.

I was new to the area and went to Dr. Forrester with a lot of previous dental issues and he put me at ease. He helped to prioritize the most important aspects and then work from there. The office and the staff are warm and inviting. Appointments are easy to schedule and they always run on time. I am more than satisfied with the dental work I have had done, it is truly top of the line in quality and cosmetically appealing. For someone who has spent a lot of time in a dentist chair it is great to find an office where you know you are getting the best care and it is an enjoyable experience at every visit. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Forrester and his team to anyone.

I hate going to the dentist. It's nothing personal but I'm bad at being an adult and don't go often…read moreenough, and when I do, everything hurts. My own fault. So while my mouth was (and still is slightly??) sore from my visit, I really liked the staff here in addition to Dr. Dow. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly pleasant as was the woman (could have been the same woman) who checked me in. Check-in was a piece of cake and then I endured torture (self-induced) with Megan through no fault of her own. I warned her I'm a baby and difficult and she did her best to not murder my mouth but it is what it is. I think she was relieved to get me out of her chair but she did a very nice job and tried sparing me as best she could. She was patient! Dr. Dow came in about halfway through and was very sweet and told me I now have a dental home here, which was a comforting thing to say. I hadn't really settled on a dentist since I was a kid and always saw the same one. I liked the technology here as well - they have a TV screen mounted up on the wall so you can see your x-rays and other pictures they take as they go through - this makes it easy to point out any issues or signs of plaque, decay, fillings, etc. (At first I was worried about a GIANT white dot only to find out it was a previous filling, not a giant cavity). I think I read a google review about how awful the music was (which made me laugh) and I assure you, the music playing there was fine. Overall, while I need to get better about my dental visits, I would highly recommend this dental practice.
