This past time we went, Dr. Chelsea was phenomenal! She really explained to my son everything she was doing in terms that he understood and in a way that excited him for example she said she was going to make his teeth superhero strong with the cotton candy toothpaste and even let him hold the brush. I also love that they put on Netflix and ask what he wants to watch and even have a tv installed in the ceiling for when they have to recline the chair, very cool! They even end the visit with a prize he gets to choose. My son hates going to the doctor because he hates shots but the dentist? He asks to come back even when it's not time for his visit. They did set her up with a dr we had never met before to do her cleaning. I was told Dr Berger was no longer with the practice and we were unaware. The cleaning was really fast and I felt like she didn't do much. She polished first which was strange. She flossed my daughter very fast and rough. It hurt her pretty bad. She also wiggled a tooth out which we were ok with. But she didn't give it time to get numb and it was very painful to my daughter. She also left a huge blood piece of tissue attached and we had to go to another dr to have it remove right after. We will not be back.

The waiting room here is wonderful! There are toys and video games. My daughter wants to go to the dentist just for the waiting room lol. Everything in the office is colorful, nice and clean, and just plain fun! Most of the assistants here are the best with children that I've ever seen! There was one assistant in particular (that I noticed) who seemed to be trying hard to be good with kids but she obviously did not have children of her own so she lacked confidence but nonetheless, she was competent in her job and WAS trying. We saw two different dentists during our visits. They were excellent! Friendly, bright, and comforting for my child! They worked quickly and explained all the tools to my daughter in a way that made them fun and non intimidating. They really made her feel very special for being there! After the children are done with their appointment they get a prize and a sticker and the nurses at the front desk don't mind if the kids want to play in the waiting room for a little bit before they leave. I'll recommend this pediatric dentistry office to anyone.

He looks forward to playing with the toys in the waiting room and riding up and down on the "magic chair." The staff gives him a sense of control by letting him choose which sunglasses to wear (there's a bright light), what color toothbrush, which flavor toothpaste, etc... They always talk to him and explain what they're about to do before doing it. In the end, he gets stickers and prizes! First I was told the full mouth X rays are covered by my insurance (they were not). Then the estimate for the root canal and how the amount the insurance would cover was wrong. Then the extraction costs were higher due to difficulty, which it did not seem to be. Finally I paid the bill at the end and put it behind me. Now one year later I receive a text that I owe another $540 and will be sent to collection if not paid. When I asked the reason for the additional cost the answer was not satisfactory. The best part about it all, is the tooth feels loose and I don't feel comfortable using that side. If you know a good dentist please tell me.

She took all my x-rays, quickly and fully understood that it is not a pleasant experience. She was upbeat and sympathetic to the fact that no patient enjoys the x-ray experience. She reviewed my old films with me and then went through the new ones talking about areas of concern that she wanted to review with the dentist later in the appt. During the cleaning Crystal made sure that I was ok with the water pic cleaning method, in case I hadn't had it done before. She was gentle, quick and thorough during my cleaning. The best part of the experience was towards the end with the dentist and the hygienist in discussing what to watch for the health of my teeth and that they agreed with me to a conservative approach vs. doing unnecessary work "just in case". I appreciate this the most b/c it shows they care about my health and not just the bottom line. The last best part of the experience is that they have tv's on the wall AND the ceiling - with cable, allowing me to be distracted during the whole appointment which kept me relaxed. I've had dental work done for 30 years, so I'm always a bit nervous about what they will find next, and the tv helped keep my mind from worrying. I recommend heading here for your dental needs. They have a parking lot, are easy to get to off of I-95, and have a great staff!

In 2024, (both family members) daughter and mother had attended a scheduled appointment. They had waited for more than an hour to be called. Mother had noticed that they took in EVERYONE before them. Nobody even came by to check on them and let them know they would be dealt with soon. Horrible, horrible, patient care skills. They took in a patient who was being rude. He was insisting that he needed to be taken in as if he was the only patient there. And believe it or not, they took him in! They had decided to walk out after waiting that full hour. The appointment was a simple check up and cleaning. If you don't want your time wasted, do avoid this place.

For my first son when I went i knew he had cavities theyr visible and he was in pain as he told me.He has seen a doctor before Dr.Jenny they couldn't do x-rays on him because he had a gagging reflex.Dr.Jenny was able to do get x-rays on him. Moving on my other son which he has a speech delay&is on the spectrum Dr.Jenny was not able to get x-ray done on him which she didn't even let me try to help her to hold my son down so she can do x-rays.She assumed (based on what she sees with her eyes since she has 3 Decades working with Kids )He has 2 Root Canal,4 cavities and needs 3 fillings and needs silver crowns based on her 30year experience and working with "hundreds and thousands " of kids till now. Clearly for this doctor everything is about money because clearly she doesn't care about your kids teeth and tries to do root canal procedures even if they don't have them.
