Josh was responsive, prompt, and communicative. I had called & asked prior to his visit if, when he was here, he would be able to fix a pop up drain and leaking jacuzzi jet. The jet proved to be more involved and it would have been a seek and find for parts from jacuzzi because the tub is 30 years old. I let him know not to pursue that as the jets on the tub are functional. He was able to easily fix the pop up drain and cleared the drain for us too. Josh was professional, fair in pricing and a pleasure to work with. If you need plumbing work call Aiken & Sons. Don't waste your time hounding and chasing after Zoom Drains or Horizon Services. He recently installed a full overhaul for us, after help us make our very old system last way longer than it should have for the past 1.5 years. The new system (2 AC units + 2 heating units) were installed in under a week. We did the install during the hottest week of the summer and he made sure that we didn't have AC outage on either floor for more than a day and we were up and running before we left. We have lived in our house now for 4 years and our house has NEVER held the temp that we set it to (if we had it set to 70 we would be lucky if it would get to 72). It is holding now and nice and COLD. I found Pat via good reviews on google two winters ago when our heater broke in the middle of the winter and the company who I was contracted with told me they would be out in 2 weeks...meanwhile I had a baby at the time and could not be without heat for 2 weeks. He was there the same day and fixed the unit for me that the other company said I needed totally replaced. As mentioned above, he has been helping us tie the old machine over for a while and never pressured us to upgrade, just provided us with all of our options.
