DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! My 8 month pregnant wife is now stranded with out a car! We got the car a month ago and it doesn't work. We didn't like it after a week, hated it after two and now all the check engine lights are on and it won't move!! If I could I'd give them no stars!!! I am an Army Veteran and local business owner. I work 7 days a week, I Drill once a month with the Army and I'm expecting my first baby. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we owned 2 JCW Mini Coopers. We loved the cars but with a baby on the way we needed something with four doors. I wanted a BMW and my wife wanted a Cadillac. Happy spouse happy house. I traded in one of my JCW Mini Coopers for a XT4. I hated the car my wife thought it was snazzy. The sales person told us if we weren't happy in 30 days they would trade it back for something more our taste. Lots of other dealerships offered the same deal so we were thought it was a fair trade. After two weeks my wife was on the same page. New doesn't mean better! It was super slow, almost dangerously slow. For a car that size it should definitely have at least 6 cylinders. The technology was super old. Our JCW Mini that was two years old could wirelessly connect to Apple Play no problem. Super easy to set up. This is a 2020 XT4 and it requires a wire and more often than not it doesn't work (yes we have bought new wires). My JCW came with Navigation and the TX4 did not. When we asked the sales person to find us a car we were very specific with what we wanted. Due to COVID my pregnant wife and I had to trust the sales person. We didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. After two weeks, we call and find out that not only do they not offer a 30 day trail as the sale person mentioned but my car sold the same weekend we traded it. They were rude when we called and kept transferring my wife and I to different people. We have left several messages with the GM with no response. It's been a month and now....My wife went to get into our car and it won't start. All the damn lights are on in the dash! Literally every warning light and the emergency break won't turn off . Called the service department and they were rude as hell. Told me they couldn't help me and I had to call roadside assistance. Braman Mini always just had their service department take care of everything from the tow truck to the rental. Even dropping my rental off. I had to pull a teeth at Wallace to get my car picked up. Then the roadside people tell me my pregnant wife she has to find a ride to the dealership to get the rental. When she called service to ask how late they would be open because she needed to find a ride there they rudely informed her she couldn't get a rental until Monday after they opened!!!! So my wife who is 8 months pregnant will be with out a car unless we pay for one out of pocket!!!??? I'm stuck out of town and no one at this crappy place will call me back!! This place is terrible! From sales to service!!!! What kind of place screws over a veteran and a 8month pregnant woman looking for a car during a pandemic?? As soon as we can we will be going back to BMW. The Wallace Auto Group dealerships give a strong sense of family. On October 31, 2023, I asked for the CarFax on a 2023 Kia to consummate a two year lease. I was told that this vehicle had a "clean" CarFax, and although it had over 2,000 miles on it, it had never been titled or damaged. After several hours, the finance paperwork was complete, and the sales manager who offered to provide the CarFax had left the property; no CarFax was provided. Getting service at Kia of Wesley Chapel (FL) in February 2024, the Kia Service Technician indicated that the repair of body damage was not complete. Prior to this oil change, I had planned to purchase this car at the end of the lease. At this point, I procured a CarFax for this vehicle, and discovered that four months BEFORE I leased it, on June 20, 2023, this car was reported to have moderate damage. Apparently, the repairs were not properly completed. This leaves no confidence that a comprehensive repair was done. The Wallace lease and purchase agreement limits legal remediation, requiring disputes to be taken to American Arbitration. American Arbitration found that Wallace Kia did not pay their arbitration membership dues, so they were powerless to settle disputes. This appears to be a common practice for Wallace Auto Group. With no means supported by Wallace to settle disputes, they appear to be in breach of contract. My certified paralegal is researching whether this constitutes fraud. Moreover, if this practice is common, there may be reason to consider class action remedial measures. The Kia General Manager denied several phone calls that we had and attempted to appease me with a less than mediocre offer. It is my hope that no one else must deal with these business practices. RECOMMENDATIONS: Demand that your purchase or lease agreement 'line through' the requirement for "Arbitration," and have the finance manager sign that you are not required to settle disputes by arbitration. As noted above Wallace does not pay their arbitration membership fees, so American Arbitration has no ability to be your advocate. Demand a business card of the person that your Wallace Dealership's General Manager reports to. That is to say, if the Wallace Cadillac GM reports to Gary Marvich, Wallace Gen Mgr., Lee Smith, President, or Judith Powell, CFO, then you need that business card stapled to your contract, stating the Wallace corporate Title, e-mail, and phone number. You may need these in the future. read more

I've purchased dozens of luxury cars including 5 New Lexus and 4 new Mercedes but wanted to go back to a luxury American suv. After tons of research I chose the Cadillac SRX (2014) mostly for the quiet ride and active cruise control with stop and go. I reached out to Wallace and got an immediate response from their salesman Vic. I test drove the SRX and loved it but we couldn't find the combo of options I wanted in the price I wanted to pay. No active cruise control was a deal killer but this option seems to get bundled with other high end options. And it had to be RED. The sales staff at Wallace worked for a week and finally found one with my name on it. No hassle over price, they gave me the best price and best lease terms right away and didn't try to upsale me on unneeded options like pin stripping. The only catch was I needed delivery the next day and they to get the SRX in, detailed and ready to go in 24 hours. Normally I hate buying cars, but in this case, I really enjoyed everyone who worked with me at Wallace and I would recommend them highly. My wife and I purchased a new 2015 Cadillac ATS about one month ago from Wallace Cadillac and after a month, I can honestly say that I'm really happy with my experience. When we were there, their customer service was outstanding. They really worked with us to make sure we were getting the best deal. More specifically, I'd like to point out Josh Estes (salesman) worked at great lengths to make sure we were comfortable with the deal. Josh listened to every question that my wife had about the awesome Cue technology showing her the "How too's" she needed to learn. After talking more about the deal, the purchase was easy and we were ready to go fairly quickly! We couldn't ask for better service. If you consider going to this dealership, definitely ask for Josh Estes, he really helped us out and gave my wife and I a lot of confidence in our purchase. I've had a few bad experiences with dealerships before, but my experience with Wallace Cadillac of Stuart, Fla. last month was not one of them. They're definitely willing to work with you. The Wallace Group of Dealerships are sneaky and underhanded. I was purchasing a new Sonata from them and made a deal of $18000 for the brand new car and when the finance manager sat down with me to sign the finance papers, the price of the car suddenly was $35000???? How stupid do they think people are? Some probably don't read, but I certainly do because I know how these guys operate. I told them to take the car and to stick it and I will go find an honest dealer that doesn't try to scam you and then conveniently try to slip extras into the paperwork afterwards, hoping that you won't catch it. Wallace as a hole, sucks. The people in the Service Dept really really try. The Sales people lied to me many times! The upper management should be a shamed at how they use and treat their clients. Hence why I bought elsewhere. The Salesman lied over and over and I knew it, yet he just kept shooting 'BS'. The Service Dept on the other hand tries but is lacking support from upper management. If I was in there for 90 days it would be running 110% better guaranteed. Let's see if I even get a phone call or anything from Wallace. Worst Dealership experience ever! Mr. Wallace should be ashamed. Once there to purchase a vehicle they would not honor internet price and stated it was for cash buyer only. Once I argued it and left, they changed their internet to not show the prices online any longer. Avoid this dealership at all cost. They will mark up there vehicles a minimum of $10,000 and offer you less then $10,000 trade in value for your vehicle. That's a $20,000 swing. Do your Due diligence before you walk in to this dealership. They will try to rob you blind. read more
