They lost my parts (I'd like to say they misplaced my machine but they eventually found it so I'll let that one go), they never called me back, it was a nightmare. HOWEVER.......Seems as though the new owner has got the kinks worked out and now has great staff over there who know their stuff and are always happy to help. Mechanics are thorough and even willing to take a minute to answer a question if I have one which is hard to find in some places. Brad at the front has been in the business for years and really knows his stuff, and the young lady who works with him is quick and friendly. Really happy to see this place finally thriving. Unfortunately another hometown business falls victim to the non existence of customer service - the…read moreI don't care what you think or how I treat you - I don't need your business mentality- is the treatment I got today along with "get out of my store" when I was explaining my dissatisfaction of the service I didn't get mainly a phone call I was told I'd receive within an hour (that was 2 weeks ago!) and the fact that I was told blades would be sharpened as a "courtesy"to residential customers who come in with repairs - but wasn't done. When I questioned if it had been - they had "forgotten" I must say I'm totally dissatisfied with the customer service at this establishment. A reason to settle for the big box stores where you expect that kind of service but in reality they are for the most part very accommodating!! Home Depot and Lowes - thank you!!

East Coast Mower is only worried about sales of merchandise or large lawn maintenance clients (not your normal home owner). They are constantly looking for mechanics, which is easily understandable with their poor management. They rudely speak Spanish to each other when they clearly know the customer doesn't. I would think smaller companies would go out of there way for their customers, but the arrogance of the employees and ownership will only be their demise. By the way I live in Stuart not California. Brian, the service manager, happened to be standing behind the Service Associate at the front desk. He volunteered a tremendous amount of knowledge that was both practical and useful. His conversation converted us from potential Kubota customers to future John Deere customers. Then he gave us a warm handoff to the sales manager, who was also very knowledgeable. We will be back! He made it such an easy experience from day one. Fast forward to today, the county was giving us trouble about the shed and supposedly lost paperwork and would not accept the original forms that Bobby emailed me because the dates were from a few years ago (when I purchased it) and the county demanded we have 'updated' papers. I called Bobby out of the blue and he sent new forms over before we even hung up the phone. His customer service is unmatched and when we are ready to get some new toys this will be the only place we shop at!

First visit, boss wasn't there but the installer, Ian, was more than happy to listen to my thoughts and then show me pretty much exactly what my minds eye saw. Being ex-military showed up 20 minutes before they opened for the installation. Being experienced with hurry up and wait, figured I'd finish the morning cup of go-go juice and hang out. Nope. Chris and Ian saw me sitting outside waiting for opening time, came out and said come on in, we're good to go. Got a 4-hour estimate on install. 3.25 later, she was done. Only way I could be happier about the whole thing is if they told me it was free. LOL 110% satisfied.
