When I got my vehicle back the directions to give me the good extra tire + donut were followed. And the oil change reset was done- seems like that is missed regularly at other oil changes. Spoke to the dispatch to notify the company they have criminal activity in their lot under their own employees watch a they were only out to protect their own kind as aggression and excuses escalated.
