They couldn't bring their truck up (to big and ceilings to low) so my guy walked up, assessed the situation, called for back up and they pushed the car around the corner and down the parking garage ramp, then down a block to a side street. Now the truck could load and get me to my favorite repair shop, JP Automotive, on the westside. Thank you budget towing for thinking out of the box and not stoping at "it can't be done." It was ready Thursday (3 days!) They even cleaned/vacuumed it out for me (it was a real mess!). Additionally, since I needed to pay out of pocket for a new windshield, Francisco let me arrange to have a local company put in the windshield while it was at their shop, so I wasn't further inconvenienced. Blade RV service installed 2 Lithium batteries for our coach. They then added a DC to DC Charger…read more First trip out the DC to DC charger quit working. Took it back in and they"fixed it". Fast forward 11 months (7 of those months we did not use it) we found our Engine battery dead. The Motorhome had been plugged in the whole time and should have been getting a trickle charge. We purchased and installed new Engine battery and took off on our trip. 4 days in, we lost all power to our coach. Found the DC to DC charger was not talking to our engine battery. so needless to say we could not even bring in our slide. My husband crawled under the motor home and found our 80 amp Fuse, that Blade installed, was totally fried. We are lucky it melted and did not catch fire. Came home and called Blade RV service and Curtis informed me it was not under warranty after 90 days, but bring it in and they would trouble shoot and repair. No way would I let them touch it again. Took it to another shop who found that Blade RV service had hot glued and electrical taped our wires. They had to remove and rewire correctly. I have all parts that were removed and called Curtis ( Blades Service Manger in RV) and let him know what was found. All he kept saying is to bring it back in and they would look at it. He would take no responsibility. I will NEVER let them touch my Jayco RV again and I would highly recommend anyone else to take there RV elsewhere.
