I said Hi, I would like to return these please, the employee at the counter didn't say a word no smile no eye contact just a straight angry face didn't acknowledge me at all just started ringing up my items. Finally, all she said was "do you want that back on your visa"? I said sure that would be fine. Still no smile, no eye contact handed me my return receipt didn't say thank you didn't say have a nice day no words....and walked away! What happened to just being nice? She couldn't even be polite and smile or say thank you. I am so disappointed by the blatant rudeness and not even being acknowledged. And I am far more understanding than many people because, I've worked in customer service all my life and still do. I get that people have bad days life happens customers can be rude and difficult and I understand that but you don't have to be rude to people. Sadly, I won't shop at this location anymore. That's a huge plus for me since I'm notorious for losing receipts--this makes returns or exchanges a breeze. Overall, solid experience.
