This pharmacy's IT system fails regularly. The pharmacist wants to know, and will pressure you, to tell him what the meds are for. He also insists on contacting the doctor to talk about the prescription, regardless what the script of hospital discharge papers say. I recommend using another pharmacy. read more

Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, pharmacy drive through. Con: long wait time. Came here for the flu shot and it was pretty straight forward. We made an appointment online and came here. The parking lot is big no parking issue and the interior is very clean. Walked up to the pharmacy counter and was greeted by the pharmacy tech who took our info and we waited in the waiting area. It was straight forward in and out. Staff was nice and helpful but the wait time from checking in to getting the vaccine was about 20 minute which was a little long. Three strikes and you're out! I'll never return to this location. The first two visits took forever to receive simple medications with unfriendly and very slow staff. Yesterday within a few minutes of my doctor sending a new prescription I received a text from Walgreens acknowledging receipt and asking whether I want to fill now or postpone. I responded to fill now. Two hours later I showed up only to be told it's not ready and they are "closing for lunch in 6 minutes". They asked me to come back later so I waited a full 24 hours in pain figuring that was enough time. Upon arrival I was told the item can't be filled as it's too early and come back in a few days. I told them it's a new prescription so it can't be too early. After a lot of attitude from the staff they told me they could give me a couple pills, then 5 minutes later handed me the full prescription! WTH?! How can such incompetent people be allowed to fill prescriptions and keep customers from the medication they need? read more

Walgreens on Jubal Early. If you want you prescriptions quickly go somewhere else, and by quickly i mean in a day. This place takes to long to fill what should be simple prescriptions and it seems all the nice competent people have moved on. read more

Walgreens on Jubal Early drive is the picture of excellence. The pharmacy bends over backward to fill an abundancy prescriptions with timeliness and total professionalism. They work extremely hard with flu shots, covid vaccines and lab work. The front end staff did an excellent job with my passport photo and makes me smile everyday I checkout. This is by far one of the worst pharmacies we've ever used. They appear to pay little attention aside from entering the information directly in front of them into the computer. They do absolutely no cross referencing, so you can end up with multiple prescriptions for the same medication all at different doses, and they'll just keep filling them all. The only way it might get stopped is if your insurance company declines when they file it. If they aren't stopped you can end up with the wrong dose, and they refuse to refund, or reissue the correct prescription. Absolutely the most horrible customer service, and they refuse to accept any responsibility for their actions. Save yourself the aggravation and use another pharmacy. read more

Excellent customer service! My grandfather recently passed away and after going to Walmart at 9pm to get some pictures printed and being turned away, my sister and I tried Walgreens. Wow! What a shock! A wonderful woman named Bev works there and we explained our situation---we needed the pictures that night because we had to leave for the funeral in NY the next morning---she said no problem! Within 5 minutes after submitting the pictures she had them printed! Bev was so friendly and sympathetic, she really cared about our situation. She made us feel a lot better and very relieved that we could complete the task. The store is very clean and all the employees were friendly. The prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely go there next time instead of Walmart.... read more

I just spoke with Mitch at this pharmacy. I feel compelled to give him a shout out. I manage both of my elderly parents' medications, and Mitch and his colleagues are always so helpful when I call, or when my father gets confused about his and my mother's medications, and I need someone to help me sort things out. This pharmacy is so busy; yet the staff is always so helpful and never make me feel like I am bothering them. Their customer service is A+++++; Walgreens needs to give this pharmacy staff a raise! This Walgreens pharmacy is ineffective. After waiting a week for them to fill the prescription they still were "OUT OF STOCK". This was my second visit and it has been the WORST experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. It looks like I'll be taking my business to a local more customer friendly pharmacy. These big chain pharmacies need to get training in effective customer service. I would NOT recommend this Walgreens. read more

The customer service here is bad. I called to ask about reloading a green dot card and they kept placing me on hold. I talked to three different people about the issue. They have bad communication skills. When I finally got an answer, I visited the store and was then told that there was a minimum amount I would have to load onto the card in order for them to do the transaction. Neither one of the store associates I spoke with mentioned anything about a minimum. It was very upsetting and I did not leave satisfied. Don't waste your time at this store! read more
