Dr. Chang is extraordinarily meticulous, talented, and detail-oriented, with an excellent bedside manner. He is warm, thoughtful, reassuring, and clearly takes tremendous pride in his work. He corrected asymmetry and several other issues from my prior breast augmentation by a different surgeon that had left me very unhappy, and the transformation is remarkable. My tummy tuck scar is unbelievably thin, my belly button looks completely natural and beautifully placed, and everything looks balanced, refined, and exactly as I had hoped. The level of care extends to the entire practice. The office is beautiful, and the staff is consistently kind, caring, professional, and attentive. From start to finish, I felt incredibly well cared for. I previously had surgery with another prominent DMV-area plastic surgeon, and my experience with Dr. Chang was far superior. The difference in the level of attention to detail, care, and results was striking. I truly could not be happier. Dr. Chang is outstanding and I recommend him without reservation.

I cannot say enough good things about Allegany Plastic Surgery!!…read more I underwent a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), liposuction, and a breast (mastopexy) in September of 2022. I wanted to remove some extra skin and stubborn fat I had post-pregnancy, as well as to redefine my shape. Dr. Carpenter and the nurses were exceptional - they answered all of my many questions before surgery and continued to make themselves accessible post-surgery to aid in my recovery. I am thrilled with my surgery results, and highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and his team for anyone seeking similar procedures!! In addition to the surgeries I described above, I had the pleasure of working with Tori (Skin by Tori) to improve my skin. I wanted to work on lightening or removing some melasmas that popped up on my face while I was pregnant with my son a couple of years ago. I also had some pretty dark sun spots from subjecting my face to the sun without protection (a lesson I didn't learn until later in life). My goal was to get my skin healthy enough that I feel 100% confident without makeup. Tori went to work right away in putting together a skincare routine for me comprised of ZO products. In addition to using these incredible products, Tori recommended a chemical peel to address the spots on my face, as well as my neck and decolletage. As soon as we did the chemical peel, I immediately noticed changes in my skin. Everything was instantly tighter and my skin was almost glowing. About a week after my peel, I was shocked with the continued improvement and final results. All my dark spots had either disappeared, or were significantly lighter. My pores were smaller and the texture of my skin was amazing. I did not expect such significant results! Tori was wonderful throughout the process-she checked in on me and offered advice throughout the process, and her passion for skincare is contagious!

Im still in the process of healing, but I felt the need to give my compliments so far. As someone with severe anxiety and a diagnosed anxiety disorder, I was incredibly nervous going into this -- but Dr. Fedley and his team went above and beyond to make me feel safe, calm, and fully supported throughout the entire process. Dr. Fedley was extremely patient, informative, and professional. He made sure I understood the procedure and felt confident in my choices. He also chose the BEST implant size for me as I was quite indecisive on what might look best. One of the nurses, Anne, stood out in particular -- she truly went out of her way to comfort me, make sure I felt informed, and reassure me every step of the way. Her kindness and empathy made a huge difference in my experience. What really stood out is how the entire team consistently went out of their way to support me, calm me, and ensure my safety -- both physically and emotionally. I never felt judged, or alone. The level of care I received genuinely felt like top 10 service (if not better). If you're someone who struggles with anxiety or just wants a compassionate, thoughtful medical team, I truly recommend Dr. Fedley and his staff. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and even empowering. My mother and I have both had our breast augmentations done here and we both LOVE and recommend it this place!

I have been a medical massage therapist for 19 years and do a lot of post op, lymphatic massages so whenever I would see a great result of someone that had a natural looking surgery I would always ask who is the surgeon was and it was always Dr. Felody so that's who was doing my surgery. From the beginning of the consultation, to the surgery and afterwards they stayed in contact with me and checked in me. I highly recommended Dr Felody and his staff.... They are top notch.

Jerome Knight Local Guide·13 reviews·11 photos…read more just now New Dr. Allison is not only a true professional -- I would go as far as calling him an artist who takes great pride in his work. He performed my cosmetic surgery (tummy tuck and liposuction) on June 5, and you could feel the confidence in his hands and the precision of his skill. His guidance, the way he maneuvered, and the calm reassurance he gave me made the entire experience exceptional. He even suggested that I stay awake during the procedure so everything could be done with maximum care. With the right medication to keep me relaxed -- and my favorite jazz and classical music playing -- the operation felt smooth, controlled, and surprisingly peaceful. I'm proud to say it was a complete success, and I'm extremely happy with the results. I'm also grateful that I didn't make the mistake of going overseas. Being part of the Penn Medicine family, where all my doctors communicate and coordinate with one another, gave me the safety and follow‑up care I needed. I would advise anyone in the New York or Philadelphia area to contact his office and schedule a consultation. He's exceptional on a human level, and that personal connection is what we all want with our doctor. I've seen him twice since the surgery, and I'm ecstatic about the results. As a former professional athlete and bodybuilder who dealt with excess skin after weight loss, at 57 I finally feel like my old self again. This was truly life‑changing. Rome L Knighton ll
