I discussed my concerns with the Doctor and he was very receptive and made me feel more comfortable with what he is doing to make the experience better for the patient. The ladies who deal with the insurance and working with the different vendors have been fantastic in trying to take some of the burden off if their clientele. Even as a one man show he does not rush his interactions with the patients and makes every effort to stay on a timely schedule. But hey do want a attentive and thorough understanding and treatment or to be rushed out to collect a payment. I've always been told you get what you pay for and I believe I get top quality service and treatment. There is no way I am going back to Winchester Eye Specialists. I head to LensCrafters Dr. Hong. I am so mad because I then receive a bill from Winchester Eye Specialists saying what I paid them for the exam was not enough and they want an additional $100.00. Are you kidding me?????!!!!!! After they treated me so poorly, wasted my time and gave me the wrong prescription. I tried to reason with them explaining all the issues and how I felt I had given them enough money for such horrible service. They insisted the money was owed and that it would be sent to collections ruining my wonderful credit. I explained that I would shout it from the mountaintops how I feel cheated, bullied and would make sure everyone I know would never to go there and that is what I am doing. Trust me, for better cost and service go to Dr. Hong at the Apple Blossom Mall. He is excellent.
