Pro: big parking lot, clean environment, pharmacy drive through…read more Con: long wait time. Came here for the flu shot and it was pretty straight forward. We made an appointment online and came here. The parking lot is big no parking issue and the interior is very clean. Walked up to the pharmacy counter and was greeted by the pharmacy tech who took our info and we waited in the waiting area. It was straight forward in and out. Staff was nice and helpful but the wait time from checking in to getting the vaccine was about 20 minute which was a little long. All in all, it was an ok experience.

Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time. I dropped off…read moretwo prescriptions for conjunctivitis and was told it would take 30 minutes. When I returned after an hour, I was informed they couldn't read my name on one of the prescriptions and therefore hadn't filled it. The other was "still processing," and I was asked to come back in 20 minutes. When I returned--30 minutes later--they told me they couldn't fill the second prescription either, this time because they couldn't read the name of the medication. I offered to read it to them, but was told they must be able to read it themselves. I understand that language barriers can be difficult, but communication and basic competence are essential in a pharmacy setting. After wasting two hours, I took the same handwritten prescriptions to Martin's Grocery, where they were filled without issue in just 15 minutes.

UPDATE TO PREVIOUS POST: These people should not be in business!!!!…read more Nothing complained about over the past years has been fixed. The telephone system never lets you speak to the "local" shop even tho you call the local number. It always gets routed to the central system. When my CPAP machine started issuing a message that it was at the end of its life, I called the central number to find out what I needed to do. Go to my doctor, get a prescription, including ORIGINAL sleep study report, and dr's notes. So I have to go to the 1st dr that handled this to get the study report, and then to the current dr, who patiently sends probably 35 pages to the fax number I was provided. He does this while I'm still in the exam room. Done. (?) Nope!!!!! A week later I called the central number to verify the prescription was received and in the works. No prescription found. Don't know where that fax number goes to (EVEN THO THEY GAVE IT TO ME) Oh maybe it was sent to the local people. But local people WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. All calls get routed back to the central number. Round and round it goes. I've called my dr and asked him if he has any other companies I can deal with. Waiting to hear, because I'll use this old machine till it totally wears out before I deal with this company again.
