I went in this morning to pick up a few more cosmetics and approached a staff member who was restocking the cosmetics aisle. She was absolutely wonderful! She gave me so many helpful suggestions, helped me find the right colors, and even surprised me with some free samples at the end. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. The man immediately interjected and said "We close at 7. Tomorrow." He then followed up with: "you have good insurance. You don't need more discount." Absolute A-Hole comment. The only reason I happened upon it is that it is in the same building as the hotel I was staying at. Being so, it does not have direct access to the hotel (at least not that I seen) and you need to exit the hotel and walk around the corner to enter. I came in here for some drinks, snacks and hygiene products. It was not my intentions to stay the night in the DC area, but this made it easier to get what I did need for a one night stay. It feels like a narrow store, and it is multi-leveled, so be careful and watch your step. Aisles are a tight squeeze and you can be pushed along your way when looking for an item. Checking out is a breeze. Probably the easiest thing to be done in here.
