Consider it closed between 1 and 4:15 a.m. I've gone in twice around 1:40 a.m. and found the shutters closed. On the first occasion three or four people were waiting for 2:10 a.m., when a sign says someone will be back. My visit wasn't urgent, but I wonder if some of those people were coming from ER. Supposedly, I learned on my second visit (thinking the first closure was an aberration), the pharmacy closes from around 1 to 2:30, reopens for a half-hour, then closes again from 3 to 4 for computer update. Supposedly they reopen at 4, but I remember a time when it was closer to 4:15 before my shuttle-banging got them to open. (I repented my annoyance when I talked with the attendant.) I don't know how they rationalize such dismal service -- if the 1 a.m. closing is for lunch, why can't they have lunch at 3 when they're forced to close for computer update? -- but I do know my current impulse is to seek another pharmacy, even if it forces me to venture out on hot days to get in long air-conditioned lines. PS: I suppose some attendants will say "I'll starve if I have to wait until 3," but I've learned that even a cup of water or a quick nibble of something will appease the hunger. The delay, for me, makes lunch all the better.

I found parking in the plaza just fine but if you come during the busy time then you might not find a spot.

I had two prescriptions to fill today and this pharmacy had both of them. Sometimes Walgreens takes a few days to get in certain items and that's why I went to this particular one. I had a third one that they actually didn't have in stock but they told me "we'll call you when we have it and if your insurance will cover it."

The previous 3 reviews were odvoiusly written by employees! There is nothing stand out about this store. I have been going here for the past 5 years and every time i get diabetic supplies for my Pa Pa there is one Pharmacist young kid low hair cut glasses he always puts replacement or these will do supplies without telling me then when i get home and find out it's too late policy won't allow me to return these items. Well the other day he did it again. However by now i check before i leave and i simply asked for my money back he said he had to get the manager..... So he begins to page him repeatedly, as do other employees the paging goes on well over 10 minutes before my frustration builds to the point i go looking to find the missing manager. I found him "MR. YBODA" sitting behind a counter sifting through swimsuit calendars and such. I was shocked to see him camped out ignoring the need for his services. So i asked him why he isn't back there helping me???? Why haven't you answered your pages??? He refused to leave his pile o calendars to come resolve the matter. I asked him then to simply give me my money back up front where we stood?? He again refused without ever making eye contact with me mind you, very disrespectful! I finally told him he was out of his Fing mind and this was complete BS thats when he asked me to leave the store! I should have whipped his pompous little foreign butt but he would have won at that point. None the less this is by far the worst THE WORST!!!!! I take that back THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! I am in awe how awesome this pharmacy is. I have the flu and went to cvs to get my prescription knowing there was a 2 hour wait time. After being there for 3 hours they did nothing for me Bc of a glitch with my insurance. Ended up calling Walgreens. Jeff helped me on the phone and bc of his professionalism and level of care I went. Again ran into the same problem with insurance. But this time the pharmacist himself, Dr. Ramin Amini, called my insurance company and spoke to whoever he had to, in order to straighten it out. Even though he was busy, he was persistent enough to speak to supervisors, be on hold etc bc he didn't want to let me down. Where else do you get the personal assistance of the pharmacist to this level. He went above and beyond any pharmacist I have encountered. I felt like I was treated vip. Only coming back here from now on. And their wait time is less than 15min. Thank you Jeff and Dr. Amini. read more

Have to admit, normally I am not the first to go to walgreens. I think that rite aid and cvs have better prices and better sales. That being said, they have a better selection of certian things, and this location in specific is really helpful. I have had some problems with other ones in the past. This one actually will pick up the phone if you call with a question, and they will get up and go look for something if you ask if they have it. Shocker! I called and asked and within a few minutes, was told to come on in. The only reason that they get 4 instead of 5 is because they had a girl working there who wasn't the friendliest. read more

I've been a customer at this location for over 5 years, and unfortunately I can no longer continue coming here due to the pharmacist (Asian woman). She is consistently rude -- both in person and over the phone. This isn't just my experience; I've even heard from employees that she has made elderly customers cry. Every single interaction with her has been unpleasant, with no exception. It's disappointing, because I've been loyal to this location for years, but I'll now be relocating my prescriptions to another branch. read more

This pharmacy is horrific! Dealing with Tina and her minions is a disgusting horrible unethical lying cheating problem. TINA will withhold any prescription if she doesn't like you and lie about it saying there was a glitch in the system. Then they think it's funny to send you on a wild goose chase around town while laughing. It was my diabetic meds and I swear please get Tina out of there immediately. I love this specific Walgreens branch. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is their customer service is not consistent. There are days that the workers are very helpful and there are days that the workers don't even seem to realize you're there. In my opinion, this walgreens is set up great and is in a great location. It's very close to where I live so this is the one I go to all the time. Suggestion is to have consistent friendly staff. read more
