The store just felt really cramped, yet missing a lot at the same time. Maybe I was just looking for the wrong things, but I just didn't find anything I was really looking for and had to just settle on a few things to get through during my short trip.

The parking lot is dark and feels unsafe. The elevators are slow and at least one of three doesn't work. The walkways and the stairs by the parking lot are absolutely gross. Not sure what else to say. Basically, it's nasty and not typical of most Target stores.

Recently, a doctor called in a prescription for me.. and the phone call was garbled. So they could not fill it, or even figure out who the Dr. was. They did call back... but the call went to voicemail, and they did leave a message. When I arrived, they managed to figure out that the garbled call was for my prescription, and were genuinely apologetic that they were not able to fill it. I let them know it was not their fault, and that I understood. I sent my doctor a text about it, and he called in the order again... and I picked it up the next day. Again great, friendly service... and better prices than some of the big chain pharmacies I had been using in the past. Very happy to have found this pharmacy!

They did offer to re-do my meds on a rush order but I would be charged till I brought in the meds that they mistakenly mailed, which, UPS failed to deliver to me. So, I was required to go to a UPS store, pick up the heat damaged meds, and return them to this pharmacy. I'm the customer, right? They should've just contacted UPS and dealt with them and left me out of it. I was going to pick them up, just to be nice, till I contacted the owner, Dan. They could have made an acception for emergency room patients but they don't. They seemed very stoned faced without any compassion or concern for a patient in pain .
