Tthe latest being an upper arm lift to remove excess skin, and dramatically tone. I week out of surgery, and loving the results.

Wonderful plastic surgeon 30 years + experience. Many services provided by him, always a great pleasure, with great results. Never an infection, great staff, own surgical center in his building, private entrance and exit.

I've been looking for a place to send my daughter for a procedure she's worried about and wanted to have done for years but been very concerned about the recovery. I got a chance to talk to Dr Temmen extensively about it and I'm bringing my daughter back for sure. Also, The staff were incredibly down to earth and helpful which really put me at ease. The nurse came in to do my Botox and I think her name was Erika. We had a great conversation and a few laughs while she did the procedure. She even gave me this little vibrating pen to hold on my collar bone to take my mind off the injections. IT REALLY HELPED! I was just really impressed with this place and especially Dr Temmen. He really cares about your well-being and wants the best for his patients. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and isn't just in it for the money. Highly recommend Dr. Davis.

I got my nose and chin done in Dec 2024. It has been over a year now and I simply am not happy with…read morethe results of my nose. My original nose had an over-projected tip, a large dorsal hump, long nostrils, and a bulbous tip. Dr. Davis agreed with all the imperfections of my nose. Just one month after my nose job, I started to notice irregularities of my nose. I noticed a bump on one side of my nose, which I felt and could very clearly see. I also noticed that the tip was still bulbous and now one of my nostrils seemed to collapse inward. Additionally, Dr. Davis did correct my deviated septum, although I never had any issues with breathing before, and don't notice a difference now. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Davis, he claimed it was swelling and that I wouldn't see the final result for up to a year. So I waited a year, and my nose did not get any better. Also, just a few months after the surgery, he injected a steroid and filler in my nose. Also, he took a piece of fascia from my scalp, and I now have a bald spot there. The fascia was apparently going to be placed on the bridge to ensure a smooth look. However, there is a ridge down the center of my bridge that I can see and feel regardless of the fascia being there. It appears that the time was not taken to ensure my nose was smooth at the bridge. Anyway, at the year mark, he said that I would need a revision, and he offered to do it for free. However, after thoughtful consideration, I've decided that I do not want Dr. Davis to touch my nose again. I strongly believe that you should never go back to the same surgeon to fix what he couldn't do right the first time. I read a review from a patient that said they were constantly given the "swelling excuse", when it is not a swelling issue but a surgical skill issue. I have also read a few reviews saying he is overly confident in his abilities, which I do agree with. I remember reading these reviews before my surgery, but I ignored them because I thought it couldn't happen to me. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Dr. Davis is a kind doctor w/ great bedside manner, but that isn't going to cut it when I paid over $18k on a nose that is now botched. I thought that I could achieve my desired results w/ dr Davis, but that wasn't the case. I don't want to sound like a Karen, but I am disappointed in the results of my nose and am truly frustrated in having to spend another few grand elsewhere to fix my nose. My nose looks bad from every angle, and you can see the asymmetry, especially from the top view. PHOTO BREAKDOWN: I have attached a few photos so you can see exactly what I'm talking about. Photos 1 and 2 are my original nose. You can see the unflattering dorsal hump. Photos 3 and 4 are just 2 weeks after having the cast removed. You can see at an angle that there is a bump on the side of my nose. The tip looks bulbous and droopy. Definitely not a lifted cute button nose like I wanted. You can see in the 4th pic how crooked my nose looks, and it doesn't look much different now. My columella looks uneven, and you can see the side bump at the view as well on the right side. The last four pictures are from today. I really dislike how crooked my nose looks from the top view (pics 5 and 7). I feel like the 4th pic (taken Jan 18 2025) looks just about the same as the 8th pic (taken February 3 2026). Which I believe confirms that swelling was not the issue. Looking at the images makes me more frustrated with how bad my nose looks at every single angle. This is not swelling. This is clumsy work. Which is especially disappointing from a surgeon who claims to specialize in facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasties. For my consultation with a plastic surgeon in Orlando in March, I will have to address the bump on the side of my nose, the ridge down the center, attempting to make my nose slightly sloped if possible, the bulbous and droopy tip, the uneven columella, the uneven nostrils, and the bald spot on my scalp, all of which Dr. Davis made worse or did not address. Also, I would like to add that Kate in the med spa is simply the best. She does a 10/5 star job every time and is the only injector I want touching my face. I get filler and Botox with her, and she always does an amazing job. She never does too much, and I always get compliments on my lips. She is the only reason I will be returning to the office. Period!

I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience and the outcome of my breast surgeries…read more After my initial breast augmentation, I developed what appeared to be an allergic reaction to the surgical tape, which led to serious complications. My incisions would not heal properly, and eventually both implants had to be removed due to the complications. I then waited several months to allow my body to heal before undergoing another surgery to have the implants replaced. During my final surgery, the manufacturer donated a mesh bra to help provide additional support and improve implant placement. Unfortunately, after everything I went through, I have been left with significant scarring from the infection and healing complications. One breast now sits noticeably lower than the other, my areolas are uneven, and the overall cosmetic result is far from what I expected. Given that a mesh bra was used to provide additional support, I did not anticipate experiencing such noticeable implant asymmetry. While I understand that complications can occur with any surgery, the final outcome has been devastating both physically and emotionally. What has also been disappointing is that after my fourth surgery, no one discussed the possibility of performing a breast lift at the same time to help address the effects of the previous complications and improve the final result. Looking back, I believe that conversation should have taken place so I could have made a fully informed decision. What has been even more upsetting is that after enduring multiple surgeries, lengthy recoveries, pain, emotional distress, and significant financial expense, I was told I would need to pay additional money to correct these issues. During my follow-up consultation, I was quoted approximately $8,000 for implant removal and a breast lift. Although the office reduced the original cost, I was still expected to pay thousands of dollars to address problems that resulted after multiple procedures. I understand that no surgeon can guarantee a perfect outcome, and I was not expecting corrective surgery to be performed at no cost. However, I also did not expect to be faced with another $8,000 expense after everything I had already endured. My advice to anyone considering surgery is to thoroughly research your surgeon, ask detailed questions about how complications are handled, and understand what options are available if you are dissatisfied with your results. Those conversations are just as important as the surgery itself.

My waist never got smaller it was 36 inches before surgery and remained the same. My butt is uneven and square and small. My side view is horrible. You can't even tell I got a bbl. After the year mark I went for my appointment I mentioned to the doctor that I wasn't happy with the results. Then he mentioned I have to loose 20 pounds for a revision and pay almost 4 thousand dollars. I don't have 4 thousand extra dollars after paying10,900 for the surgery and another 2,000 on post of care. Why wouldn't he mention this before doing surgery. Why the need to loose weight now and not tell me this before doing the surgery? If my results weren't going to be good why go ahead and do the surgery. Also my bmi was 29 before surgery. I feel very disappointed to have spend so much money and have not achieved what I was promised. Please if your considering a bbl or lipo 360 reconsider going elsewhere. During my most recent visit, however, a few things felt different. I was assigned to a new injector, Julia. While she was polite and asked several times if I had any questions--which I appreciated--it also made me feel like perhaps she wasn't entirely confident. In past visits, the injector would have me make facial expressions to target the right areas before injecting, but that didn't happen this time. Julia instead marked my face, and the syringes appeared to be prefilled. Previously, I could see the Dysport being drawn up in front of me, which reassured me about both the product and the dosage. I also noticed that the results seem less effective than before--it feels like fewer units were used, and the overall treatment didn't deliver the same outcome I've consistently experienced over the years. On top of that, the new digital check-in and consent process was confusing. I was asked to sign an iPad with pages of fine print but wasn't given a copy or explanation of what I was signing. That may be why Julia kept asking if I had questions, but it did make me uneasy. When I brought these concerns up to Victor, the owner, he was kind and explained that they recently updated their payment software, which is why a tip prompt appeared during checkout. He also confirmed that tipping isn't expected for medical services and said he would look into refunding my tip. He asked that I check back in a week regarding my results. Overall, while I've always considered Premiere Center a 5-star experience, this visit felt more like a 2. I truly hope these issues can be addressed, as I've always valued the level of professionalism and care that made me a loyal client in the first place.

As a Trauma ICU nurse with 12 years of experience and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, I've had the privilege of working alongside outstanding physicians, nurses, therapists, and specialists across many areas of healthcare. Because of that, I don't give praise lightly. Dr. Reina is one of those rare clinicians who combines an extraordinary depth of knowledge with exceptional intuition and clinical judgment. Some providers learn the science, but others have a true gift for applying it. Dr. Reina has both. What continues to amaze me--even after six years--is how much he can assess and treat using skilled hands, simple clinical tools, and an exceptional understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and the nervous system. He takes the time to truly listen, connect the dots, explain what's happening, and develop a thoughtful plan of care. I never feel rushed, and I always leave understanding not only what was treated, but also what I can do moving forward. Every visit leaves me feeling better physically, but just as importantly, I leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. In today's healthcare environment, it's rare to find a provider who consistently makes patients feel genuinely cared for while delivering such an exceptional level of clinical expertise. I'm incredibly grateful that Dr. Reina is part of my healthcare team. He's become a lifeline for me, and I can say without hesitation that he's one of the finest clinicians I've encountered in my career. On the day of surgery, he showed up prior to surgery and explained to me again what will take place. In the OR room, he asked me what type of music I like. I asked him to make a selection. He played Barry White music. Needless to say, I heard only a small portion of the song. I woke up in the recovery room, Dr. Halpern was there. He was right about me being able to use both of my hands after surgery. I was able to dress myself to go home, needing only a little help from the nurse. On every follow up appointment I expressed concern, and they continued to downplay my words, saying I looked great and I would like myself later after my skin stretched a bit. Not much to do about it after the surgery, though. Recovery was brutal and I dreaded ever having to do this again.
