The dentist himself did not even ARRIVE to the office until 10:30AM. He then proceeded to visit another patient who arrived after me and fill her cavity (all he needed to do was look at my x-rays). He finally came in after waiting more than AN HOUR for him, said I needed a regular cleaning, then just walked out. After another 10-15 minutes of just sitting in the chair waiting for anyone to come back or say anything to me, I had to ask the receptionist if I can leave. She rudely responded that I had to wait for the doctor to finish my "treatment plan" even though I could hear him already working with another patient. Then, my NEXT appointment for my cleaning was canceled because they had a hygienist "no call-no show" so they had to fire her. I had to get in before June 30th and they wouldn't even let me schedule at their other office and wouldn't let me schedule anything until after July 12th. Again, the receptionist rudely interrupting me saying "no, sorry, we don't have any hygienists". So I just canceled with them and overall wasted my money and 2 hours of my life at this office which should have only taken about 45 minutes. Unprofessional, unorganized, and just awful. They put two IVs one in each arm then had to remove one when they realize they made a mistake. He uses metal Staples which is barbaric and extremely painful.
