He told me, in a condescending tone, that it was too difficult to open the store, and I had to wait. I expected to get in by 7 as promised, but instead I was left waiting. Evan is a liar. I went in to do a return for my boyfriend and was told that I had to go to the same location in order to do a return. I asked him if it was because I didn't have the original receipt and he said no it was just their policy. After going back to the car and calling my boyfriend, he told me that the receipt was in the box. So I looked up the return policy and never found anywhere that the returns had to be done at the same location?? If you're gonna lie at least say something believable. Having a return policy like that at such a big chain makes no sense. On top of him lying, he continued to argue with me and even called me a liar. 0/5 stars for this location, horrible customer service. He could've easily helped me or at least offered a store credit. read more

Visited the store and found only one person working at that time besides the pharmacy. Watched as that employee practically ran the store by herself. When I first entered, I saw her placing items on the shelves. Minutes later, I saw her working as a cashier. Then, when I needed canvas prints, she took the time to make me two of the best looking canvas prints to date. The pictures were clear, centered correctly, and all the corners were even. I will request her by name when ordering canvas prints. That hard working employee's name was Tamsyn. read more

I usually go to CVS to fill my prescriptions, but my insurance stated I might realize greater savings potential if I went to a Walgreens, so I decided to give them a try. There were five cars in line at the drive-through, so I went inside. I got in line behind two other customers, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, i turned around to leave (and saw five more customers in line behind me). It was not the wait that bothered me so much as the five employees behind the counter who completely disregarded every single customer while they all talked and laughed amongst themselves discussing the one customer they had served who had long since departed. I doubt I will ever go back there for my prescriptions...I'd prefer to just pay more for faster and more attentive service at CVS, however I will say that the woman who checked me out up front (for the few items I'd picked up in the isles) was incredibly nice and patient, considering I was already in grumpy mode. Of course, at this point I'm only going to see all that is negative about the store, but...I don't think I'd been in there since I moved to Tampa, and it didn't look like it had been updated or cleaned in that long either. read more

This review is for the employee named Rachni...she always goes above and beyond for her customers. She is incredibly sweet and professional. I always have receipt issues when sale prices arn't reflected at the register. Rachni always quickly checks and resolves the issues...I just appreciate it so much. The pharmacy and Rachni are the only positive thing I can say for this specific Walgreens. read more

This place is so conveniently located by my home. It's very simple to order photos and pick them up when you order them online. It takes a few minutes to go get your photos and if you order them online they will more than likely be ready in a few hours. read more

For a some time now the store seems to have been going downhill. Employees who have been there for a good while are gone. Pharmacy has stayed somewhat on par but even they have lost a bit of fire they once had. The newer employees just don't stack up to the ones who have left for whatever reason. They give as little help as possible and seem not to care if they have customers or not. It's just a job to them and it shows. I was told around the beginning of the year they got a new store manager. He came from a store down the road which he had run into the ground. Looks like it's taken a bit of time but the same supervision and leadership which made the other store unpleasant is now here. A couple other stores are five minutes drive further which I will be checking out. This one is not worth the hassle unless it's the nearest and you just need an item or two. read more

I went to pick up a photo order that said it would be ready by 4 o'clock. My order wasn't printed and their computer was having technical problems, which I totally understand and was patient while the associates tried to fix it. The manager would not come out of the back to help them and when he did finally come out of the back, he did not say one word to me and ignored his associates. He then was very rude to them about the technical problem. Instead of kindly asking me to order my photos at a different location (which I could've ordered my photos elsewhere and had them printed by the time I finally decided to leave the store). He continued to ignore me. I finally left after waiting patiently. The associates were very kind but clearly management needs work. read more

My favorite Walgreens! I always like this place. The pharmacy is usually pretty quick. The staff is nice and helpful. They try to go as quickly as they can with checking people out. My only wish is that they weren't so awkward about making people with cosmetics check out in cosmetics. An employee in cosmetics told me once that they work off commission. Seemed odd. I have never been so embarrassed. The manager walked away without attempting to work with me regarding a return. I have shopped at this Walgreens, loyally for years 10 years. After having him walk away, showing his inability to find a resolution, I can no longer support this store. I wish I could exchange the goods I've purchased from the last ten years. Went to clinic and they were great. The doctor was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. Quickly diagnosed me and sent over my medication. Was very informative as to what I could and couldn't do. So happy I went there so I can get back to feeling well again! read more

If you must use a Walgreens pharmacy for your prescriptions, I highly recommend you find another location to serve you; this is the closest one to my residence but unfortunately they routinely are out of stock on various common meds; they need to find a new manager to handle their inventory. Other Walgreens locations routinely have the meds needed but why this location can't seem to keep up with their peers is a mystery. read more

Today for the first time I went to Walgreens to look for my medications. I explained leaving the doctor since I felt terribly bad, infection of throat and lungs, fever and pain throughout the body. I arrived with chills and a mask because it never stopped ringing. I wait for the drugs anxiously I attended the young Marco. I leave as soon as possible for my home to take the medicine especially the antibiotic, to my surprise it was not just the cough mixture. I call my husband to come please to pick up the antibiotic, to my surprise they inform you that this medication was not available or that was why they did not give it to me. That I had to go back to the doctor to get another one. Really!!!!! Extremely upset, wait for the medicine 20 minutes I'm given in a closed and stapled bag, I never imagined that I was not, I was informed NOTHING, I could have gone to the doctor and ask for another or just go to another pharmacy. I am extremely annoyed, my husband went to the doctor but he had already closed. I have such a bad courage that I feel and have to sleep without the antibiotic to improve myself.
