AVOID THIS WALGREENS LIKE THE PLAGUE. Not only do they have kids running the place who are unable to be professional and properly conduct business at this national chain, but their photo center is trash. Complete dumpster fire. None of the kiosk work, cords don't work, app to link to this store don't work. The employees happily make themselves passports for different countries instead of help customers, and they are unable to even run a pharmacy because "a family emergency" supposedly. What is this, an Etsy shop or down home BBQ restaurant? Just go to CVS. Or honestly any Walgreens other than this one. They need a complete professional overhaul, training in professionalism, employees who act like adults, new management, and frankly to be shut down until they can run a business as one should be run. This review is for photo service- Pro: Passport photo service was nice and quick. My husband and I just walked in, and we got the photo within 20 minutes. Con: The photo wasn't good. They didn't use a professional camera. They were using an outdated looking small pocket digital camera (the kind people used to have before iPhone!). The photographer came really up close to shoot a photo, made me feel uneasy, so it clearly showed in my face! read more

My new insurance required me to switch to Walgreens to get a 90 day RX. Trying to get the prescriptions transferred, and trying to get the one I really need has taken over a week and has been the worst nightmare ever. I've called multiple times. I've waited 46 minutes on hold on the phone. They said the phone is broken. I've walked in twice. I've written down the request for the RX transfer. I've called the store it's transferring from more a few times. And still they haven't transferred the RX that I really need. They open at 10 and close at 6, and for anyone who works that makes it really hard to get prescriptions. They are short staffed, and they apparently don't track things well. I've never had this much difficulty getting basic medical care for a condition that is a federally protected disability. read more

The Pharmacist made an error with my prescription (it was in my notes that I needed a specific manufacturer for the medication to be effective), and didn't correct the error when I brought it to their attention. The cost initially went from a few dollars to $34.99. I was considering taking my business elsewhere in spite of the fact that they are a very convenient location to my home. 6/15/2020 - I'm happy to report that the Pharmacist graciously corrected the error and eliminated additional charges. I think getting an opportunity to know your local customers is a great way to develop loyal customers. Thanks for doing so. read more

After flying into Colorado I couldn't tell if I was just tired or jet lagged or starting to get a cold. I wasn't taking any chances on the first day of our vacation, so we stopped in as soon as we landed to make sure I was armed. I walked out with Zicam, DayQuil/Nyquil combination, and chapstick! It was very early in the morning so there was just one person working that I saw. Once I found what I needed there was no one at the front but I found her working in one of the aisles. She was busily stocking but as soon as I said good morning she popped up and assisted me with checking out. Just what the doctor ordered as I didn't have any issues during my travels. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, my husband went through the drive thru to get his prescription with a $100 bill that he had earned from his job and he was going to use it. The pharmacist who helped him "claimed" that the $100 was not put in the prescription drop box when my husband clearly saw the bill go in after he put in the box, the pharmacist tried saying that it probably blew away from the wind. It was not windy today at all, day or night. If this place has an associate who steals money from customers that's the lowest of the low, I've worked in retail for 9 years and never would I steal someone's hard earned $ just to make a quick easy buck. That's bulls**t, my husband nor I will definitely not be doing business here anymore. read more

This review is specifically for the photo department. The photo department manager, Shawna, refused to allow my wife and I to print our son's photo at their store. I have documentation from the photographer stating that we paid for the photo and have rights to make prints, it's generic documentation with the photographer's studio name and the image of the photograph in the release. The department manager refused to allow our photo to be printed because there wasn't a "signature" on the documentation even though the document clearly states that we were allowed to make prints. I will no longer take my photo print business to this location. The manager was being overly difficult and refused to work with us. read more

This is like most other corner Walgreens except for one fact that I found out recently. Even though their hours are posted online and say that they are open til 10:00 p.m. on weeknights, I happened to stop there one night at 9:25 p.m. Half of their parking lot illumination was turned off. By the time I left the store, they had turned off their big, red WALGREENS signs. They were supposed to stay open for half an hour longer. I wonder, was the staff planning on leaving early that night? read more

Five stars to Carolyn in the pharmacy! Just moved, first experience at this location. Called at 6pm to renew two prescriptions, told they wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. Explained that I really needed one tonight because it had run out. Even though I was the one that waited till the last minute, Carolyn had not one but both meds ready before close. This Walgreens has the slowest pharmacy ever! Was told there will be a 45-60 minute wait.. it has now been 2 hours and my prescription is still not ready. If you are in the drive-up, prepare to have a very long wait as well (even if there is only one car in front of you.) read more

I wish I could give this business 5 negative stars because that's truly what it deserves. Avoid the pharmacy if you're expecting the correct prescription at the right price with no attitude from the staff. I've never met pharmacists as unhappy as both Jennifer and Leann at this location. They couldn't be more unprofessional when I asked them to explain why my prescription cost tripled. Horrible customer service. They've laughed at me several times behind the glass of the drive thru pharmacy window. They're lucky they still have jobs. I will take this as high up the latter as I need to! If I acted like that for one day at my job, I'd be fired on the spot! Good luck to their patients getting the right medications because they're completely incompetent pharmacists. read more

Such a ying and yang experience! So essentially my problem was that I had forgotten my prescription card there and talked to the bad Pharmacist. Avoid Bruce, I'm pretty sure that was his name, 50's, gray hair, ask for LeAnne!!! He just could not locate my card and obviously had very little interest in helping me. He told me he would call me back about my card and I waited 3 days, didn't hear from him. I called and got him again, he said he'd look, I was on hold for 15 min, called back and he said he couldn't find it. I called the manager, she got someone else in the pharmacy who did find it. I said great I'll get it today or tomorrow, (I live about 20 min away). I got there the next day, got him AGAIN-ugh, he said it was gone and that I should just call and get a new one. He said I could wait and get a $10 gift card. My baby was screaming and had a dirty diaper, my daughter needed a nap and was whining in front of several people. I had to wait another 10 min for him to get someone else to activate it. It was a nightmare. Several days later I received a typed noted signed by the angel pharmacist there, LeAnne, apologizing for the whole mess and my card!!! SO sweet and finally had my card returned. read more

This place just downright sucks!! They know nothing about customer service. If you go through the drive-thru and there is ANYONE else waiting inside or in front of you, expect AT LEAST a 20- to 30-minute wait. The other day I was there, I waited 35 minutes to pick up my prescription. I got home to find out that after waiting for so long, I only received a partial refill, which NO ONE bothered to tell me about. I had to call the pharmacy to find out why I paid my full copay for 6 pills, but was not told that I was getting a partial refill and to come back for the rest. So, three days after I was told that my partial refill would be ready, I stopped by the pharmacy at a non-busy time of day. I was told that the refill was not ready and that I had to return in half an hour. I refused to leave and return, instead telling them that it was supposed to be ready three days previous and I was NOT coming back. Three trips and a phone call for one prescription!!! I know it seems bitchy, but seriously. To top it off, Bruce, the pharmacist, came to the window and not-so-nicely told me to move my car out of the drive-thru lane while I waited. He acted like he was doing me a favor in getting my prescription ready. When I tried to explain my frustration, he just cut me off and told me "I am helping you out." WAIT - he was helping me out in getting a prescription ready for me three days after it was supposed to be done?? When it was finally ready, I was billed a second copay, which I refuted, but after looking it up in the computer Bruce stated that he knew nothing about the various copays and insurances. He was only going off what the computer said. So, I paid the second amount and went home to contact my insurance company. They indicated that I should NOT have paid a second amount as I was only getting 30 days worth of drugs - or one copay's worth. I then had to call the pharmacy back, speak to Bruce again, who assured me that someone would call my insurance and figure things out and get back to me today. Granted, he was super nice this time around, but still - what a freakin' hassle. I have little to no hope that anyone will get back to me EVER. I'll update this post asap. _____________ Miracle of miracles...I just heard back (same day and within about an hour!) from a very friendly woman at Walgreens, who actually told me that they spoke to my insurance and I should not have been billed two copays for my prescription. She told me they would refund my money if I brought the receipts/bottle labels in to the store. I've upped my experience to two stars as a result of this amazingly quick resolution. Although I still have to note that one prescription required three phone calls and three store visits. Kind of ridiculous. I think I'll be going to Walmart or Costco next time around just to avoid having to get another prescription from my doctor for some Xanax. :-) read more
