Called twice first call around 9 am and stayed on the phone for over 30 min. First call just hung up on me second call still no answer. I rode up to the drive thru to pick up medicine, I was told I'd have to wait until 4 pm. I had to work at 3:30. Lady at the window told me about their delivery service and that it's free and assured me someone would drop my medicine by 7pm. Here is is almost 10 pm and nothing. I leave for the airport at 4am. Now I will have to go out the country without enough of my daily medicine. I'm am more than upset. read more

The staff is friendly and working hard but the location is not the best. Graffiti and litter all around. People parking in the few handicap spaces without a handicap Placker or plate. Not a large parking lot for the numerous of customers. Wait time is longer in pharmacy due to the other Walgreens location (S. Hariston/Covington Hwy) closed down. The area needs a clean-up. read more

This Walgreens Pharmacy does a disservice to the entire Redan/Hairston community. Terrible customer service. Total lack of care and concern at the pharmacy. We endlessly have issues with getting our prescriptions filled. They take days to fill new prescriptions and we never get alerts when refills are ready. Our most recent issues was them telling us our insurance was no longer valid - completely untrue. When I went in person to get the problem solved, they then sent me back home to wait even longer for them to actually fill the prescription. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. read more

Went in to pick up cough medicine for my nephew. I was quickly greeted by someone who detailed the sale on shampoo. I was very surprised but listened because she was so nice. Upon checkout, the cashier was adorable, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She totally exceeded my expectations. She was genuinely the model of excellent service. Her name was Rona. She knew the sales, item being purchased and said I hope your little feels better. What an awesome experience! read more

How rude and unprofessional the manager at 4265 Redan Rd, StoneMountain Ga 30083. I came in before 9pm, before the pic section was closed. She was busy so I didn't want to bother her, the second employee was mopping and I was waiting till someone came to help me. When someone came out from the back it was 9:01 and said she couldn't help me anymore because she had clocked out, and the other lady said it was closed. Long story short just because no one was able to help me before I arrived at the time they close, I wasnt able to rake the picture. When, I spoke to the manager she was just rude and said No, its your job to come and let us know that you needed help. Like what, im sorry I did t want to be rude and interrupt you while you had a long conversation with the person you was ringing up. read more

GREAT PHARMACY STAFF!!! I went in today with 3 prescriptions for a skin allergy and upon review the pharmacy tech on duty (Sheena) asked if I was sure the 'scripts were accurate. I could only go by what I was given at the hospital, answered yes, and took a seat. My name was called and I go back to the counter. The Tech took it upon herself to call the hospital with my info, after discussing the condition, found out one of the prescriptions was wrong. Instead of 1 pill, I should receive 20. I cannot explain my gratitude that she went the extra mile, as the allergic reaction has been extremely painful. This location will become my permanent pharmacy after today! I went through the drive-thru this morning and it was very slow. Only one customer inside . I asked the pharmacist if she could help me out since I have a broken leg and it's hard to get out of my car and into my scooter without any assistance. I just asked if she could grab a bottle of cold medicine for my daughter and I'll bring it up back there. She actually Scott and said no we can't do that. I can't leave the pharmacy. Then I suggested maybe she call someone inside the store and ask them to bring it to her. She immediately said no, they have customers! She didn't even ask or see if there's anyone available to help me. Parked up front in the handicap spot and called the store to see if a store manager or a different associate would answer. No one did. I got out the front seat, hopped on one leg to the back seat and pulled out the scooter and went into the store. I ask the cashier if they could help me and she said yes and got the manager. The manager apologized for the pharmacist and went and brought two different cold medicines to the front so that I could make a purchase. She said she would talk to the pharmacist because they could helped me had she even bothered to ask them. The cashier rings me up and even asks if she can walk me to my car to help me load the scooter. She also apologized for that experience. I was extremely upset with the service but the manager and cashier were both caring and empathetic and tried to make up for it. I was grateful for them. read more
