After surgery, I developed a seroma and have had severe pain, pressure, and ongoing issues that never should have been brushed off the way they were. I understand no surgery comes with guarantees, but there is a huge difference between a known complication and a doctor who does not meaningfully deal with it when it happens. What has been most disturbing to me is not just the outcome, it's how little accountability there has been. I spent nearly a year trying to handle this privately and reasonably. I asked for help. I asked for resolution. I asked for my records and contract. What did I get? Five photos and a letter basically telling me that he might consider a partial refund only if I removed my review and agreed not to say anything further. That told me everything I needed to know. At that point, it became very clear that Dr. Goldschmidt seemed far more concerned about his reputation and online reviews than about the actual patient sitting in front of him dealing with pain, complications, and a failed result. And yes, I am now looking at revision surgery elsewhere. That is not a small thing. This was not cheap. This was not minor. And this has affected me physically, emotionally, and financially for nearly a full year. Patients deserve to know when a doctor appears more focused on controlling reviews than taking real accountability when something goes wrong. If this is how complications are handled behind the scenes, I think that is deeply concerning, and I do have to wonder how many other patients have been treated this way after the fact. For context, I am including a photo of the written response I received after repeated attempts to resolve this matter. This review reflects my honest experience

Last April, I had a lift and augmentation with Dr. Goldschmidt, due to me not being happy with how they looked, and I am super happy with the results! This is your body, your temple! Why trust it in the hands of a mediocre surgeon?! Best believe, every single time, I went to the office, I was treated with kindness, and the utmost respect. Oh I almost forgot! I have to thank Dr. Goldschmidt and his staff, for not only taking REMARKABLY great care of me, but for also the flowers I woke up from surgery to! You guys are amazing! And I can't wait to see what else Dr. Goldschmidt will fix on me next! Thank you for always being good to me! You've gained a loyal, and LIFELONG patient! Just some really grateful Jen

I see Libby for lash extensions and cannot sing her praises enough. Every 2-3 weeks, she ensures that my lashes are on point and I am not sure how I could ever live without them now! I believe that finding the right shape and length is truly an art and Libby has a good eye for this. I have never had extensions last as long as they do since I have been seeing her- another huge bonus! I am looking forward to getting botox and fillers with Libby after I have my baby and am no longer nursing. I always feel safe in her care and trust her without a doubt. She is incredibly professional and is a perfectionist- exactly the qualities that one should look for when trusting someone with their face! The practice itself is very clean and tranquil and the staff is great about fitting me in for appointments and returning phone calls in a prompt manner. I am so thankful to have found this med-spa and highly recommend checking them out!

Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

For some reason, I was charged a little more for the bonnet that I bought when the price tag had a different price listed. Perhaps this was just a mistake on the cashier's part. I bought the following: Satin Bonnet ($4.39 but I was charged $5.49) and an Edge Control Comb ($2.29). The satin bonnet has been working well for me since I bought it and it stays on my head as I sleep and doesn't fall off. I use the bonnet when I go to bed at night. I don't use the edge control comb often at all because I only bought it to add my total store price to $5 (the store's credit card machine is $5 or more). While I only did a quick browse, this hair store offers a lot of braiding hair and hair products. Service was good except for the random mixup with my final bill. This is your average hair store so stop on in if you're looking for something. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 81/250 total reviews in 2026 - 922 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 15 May 2026
