This Walgreens has need consistently horrible. Several times we drive 30 minutes to pick up a prescription and the store is closed unexpectedly (like yesterday on a Saturday afternoon) or the pharmacy is closed for the day without notice. Other times I will get a notice that a prescription is ready and I've gone and they say there was a problem and it won't be ready for days. Something needs to change at this Walgreens! read more

Absolutely the worst of the worst pharmacys ever. Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. I will never go back there again.

95% of the time they have rude staff that don't do their jobs or don't know how or there's no one to be found when you want to checkout, they should just get self checkout, telling other customers the wrong area to get an item, won't price match the prices they put on the shelves themselves and they put a whole stack of product with a completely different product tag on the shelf don't offer a bag at the register no matter if you're doing Instacart or not nice to your boyfriend sometimes and rude to the girl he's with, make up your mind, only one short Hispanic guy and one young nice girl who I complimented her pretty nails other than that they're all too stuck up and act like they dnt know English to do a good cashier customer service job read more

Came here to pick up some t mobile Tuesday free photos with some other prints. They all come out so well! The store itself is your average Walgreens. It was a bit ghost townish around 7pm on a Sunday so that was nice and weird at the same time haha. Overall pretty decent Walgreens! read more

Pharmacy is CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.! Of course, no explanation is given to the customer. Try CVS!!!!!

If you are going for a prescription this place is nothing short of a disaster. Expect to have to go back at least 4 times. There is something really wrong with their system. Their app and the store are somehow not connected so you will get an email your prescription is ready and waiting and when you arrive at the store they give you a black stare and tell you nothing was ordered. "That medication is out of stock" or "you need a prior authorization"( even though you have been filling the drug every month for four years ) are normal responses. I average 4 times at 25 minutes every visit before I actually walk away with my monthly prescription which is always two weeks late in refilling. It's really too bad because the rest of the store offers a great selection and far better prices than CVS up the road. read more

OK... so here I am at 1am remembering that I forgot to buy milk earlier today and as such set out to one of the various 24hr shops in the area. As Walgreen's is closer about 1/10 of a mile I decide to try my luck there.. only to find that post midnight it is inhabited by weird people. Not only are the shop assistants strange and rude, but the 1am shopper isn't the average "oops I forgot to buy milk" kind of person. As a result have not ventured back to Walgreen's and have to say that I prefer trekking that 1/10 of a mile further to CVS. read more

This store is terrible. I do not shop here at all as I am a CVS girl but did a friend a favor and picked up pain meds for her. Walgreens took it upon themselves to save my credit card under her profile, despite the fact I told the clerk that I was picking up for a friend. Months later I have a charge on my card from Walgreens. I told them I do not shop there and they made an error but the store manager said all he could do was give me store credit since I didn't have a receipt. Hello! I don't shop at Walgreens! and you incorrectly charged my card! Why are you asking for a receipt and offering store credit when it was your error and I don't shop there? In the end, they did not offer to resolve, just kept offering store credit. I will call my friend, explain Walgreens' incompetence and ask her to pay me back. Up until this year I felt that the pharmacy was ok...not great. But in the past 6 months it's pathetic!

I was in the neighborhood, and I needed to pick up a few odds and ends, so I went into this Walgreens. It's a nice and spacious one, well organized and clean, and it felt pretty new. I have no complaints about this place. read more

Consistently bad, I'm embarrassed that I continue to go back. From the horrible parking siutuation due to the gym next door, to the constant mistakes at the pharmacy, and poor customer service, this place is a disaster! Today is the last straw! Price scanned up wrong, the store policy is clearly written on a sign at the front of the store, that when this happens, the consumer is to be given the item for free. The manager acknowledged that the price was wrong, but refused to honor the policy. Corporate will be hearing about this. Thank you for giving me the excuse I needed to never go back! read more

The pharmacy is slow, slow, slow. They always seem over worked and always playing catch up. It is a difficult ordeal every single time we have to get a prescription filled here. Most of the people here seem nice enough but just slow to fill orders. Service is bad almost every single time. Maybe 1 in 10 times it is a smooth process but usually its a long painful ordeal just picking up a prescription. Really bad. read more

Yelp should have a ZERO star option for places as deplorable as this. My sister has stage 4 breast cancer and needed her prescription filled for a number of meds, some of which are pain meds and other are anti-nausea meds. The doctor called them into the pharmacy in the morning. We went to pick them up that evening and were told that they were backed up and couldn't get to them. So we went back to the hospital pharmacy to get only one pill to get her through the night. The following evening we went back to the pharmacy and they still were not ready!! They gave no reason, no solution to fix the problem and didn't seem to care one bit that my sister needs these meds to alleviate pain and curb any nausea! When we expressed concern about this as is a dire situation, the pharmacists, Michelle and Megan went behind the shelving unit and began to laugh. I guess cancer is hysterical. The prescriptions were still not filled and we had to go through lots of back and forth phone calls to have them transferred to another pharmacy, all of which is stressful, time consuming and energy draining when you are already dealing with a significant illness. So Walgreens pharmacy will not be having our business again. Michelle and Megan hopefully will get some training on customer relations before someone without any manners is not as polite as we were and retaliates. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. It is disorganized, and most of the employees are unfriendly, and/or incompetent (with some notable exceptions). Plus, the store and the pharmacists seem to have no connection, nor can they fix, discrepancies between the woeful Walgreens website, the emails that are generated, or the texts that so often conflict with the emails. Let me give you just one illustration: I was scheduled for a refill of my insulin (I have type 2 Diabetes) on 27 Nov. 2019. On that day, I was told the store was out of stock and no one in that store could tell me when the stock would be replenished. I finally gave up and had the prescription filled elsewhere. Imagine?! Running out of insulin and refusing to help a customer replenish their supply. read more

This pharmacy has got to be the worst in town. For certain reasons, I had to send my prescription to this particular pharmacy. I went in, they didn't have the prescription. Fine, that's my doctors fault for not submitting it on time. While I was there, I decided to get a flu shot. I filled out all the forms, they took me into the back room. The nurse asked me a couple questions in a very curt manner, and then literally walked up to me and stabbed me with the needle. He actually jabbed the needle into my arm *while* he was still walking around me. Needless to say, I've been pretty sore since. Then, I called later in the day to check on the status of my prescription, the person who answered (who I believe is the same nurse) was annoyed that I called and hung up on me after tersely answering one question. I understand it's COVID and everyone's busy and stressed, but prescriptions can be pretty important. Won't be going back. read more

Due to Walgreens being the "preferred pharmacy" under my drug plan, I must shop here for medications. I sincerely wish I never had to visit this pharmacy, as lines are consistently long and it is chronically understaffed. If you want to stand around for 15+ minutes waiting to do business, you will be happy with this place. If not, go to CVS up the street, where the waiting time is much shorter, in general. read more

walgreen's always has neat little doodads to buy. it's nice that you don't have to mess around with a customer card, like in CVS. the photo developing is good-- usually they're pretty quick, and they email you to tell you when the photos are done. read more

Clean and spacious store with one obvious problem. Pharmacy is consistently understaffed. Lines 5~6 customers deep is the norm. Pharm staff appear disorganized and stressed (probably due to peeved customers due to the long wait). Missing scripts is the norm here. Easy solution.. hire more staff and cross-train. In the meantime, I'm getting my scripts filled elsewhere. read more

So today I went in the store looking for alot of products to restock at home. This idiotic Indian manager, he was hefty in size (Fat)..He told me that i was taking to long shopping, he kept staring at me up and down the isles. I was initially confused when i saw this fat guy constantly checking me out. He told me there was a 30min shopping limit. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE.
