The people that work there are very nice and provide great customer service. It's not their fault that the area where the store is located has become so run down. I'm always making homemade greeting cards and Christmas cards; I order online and pick them up here. Prices can't be beat and photos are always good quality. As I've mentioned in other reviews, I prefer the smaller versions of stores because it's easier to go in, grab what I need, and leave. I'm forever running a bunch of errands and this Walgreens fits the bill. Definitely smaller than most, but I don't need it to be larger. I'm coming here for a few items I can't get elsewhere. In. Out. Done. I've no experience with the a Pharmacy because I use Rite-Aid so this review is for the store itself. It's convenient for me since I drive by every single day going to and from the gym. I went over to that section and needed a minute to find what I needed, and she was very impatient (nobody else was even there) and she rudely explained I needed to press the button to get her attention, when I wasn't ready for her to unlock anything yet. and then when I went to check out, I heard her say very loudly to the worker behind me "everybody should work in customer service at least once" or something like that, I believe talking about me. I was very nice and very apologetic and was not a difficult customer by a long shot. I've worked in retail/customer service my entire life and have dealt with some really horrible people, so I try to make it easy. and I realize that having to unlock everything isn't exactly fun, but she acted like it was my fault everything was locked up....I was in there way more often than she was and haven't seen her since and also haven't gone back in a while cause it's sketchy asf outside that store, but I hope she checks her attitude cause miss girl doesn't even know what it's like to actually handle difficult customers...that being said, everybody else I've seen there has been very nice and helpful, and I hope they all find better places to work at

The customer service is consistently awful, and the staff act like helping customers is an inconvenience. Getting a prescription filled here is a nightmare. My provider has sent prescriptions electronically, by fax, and by phone, and somehow this pharmacy repeatedly claims they "never received" them. It should not take multiple attempts and constant follow-up just to get basic medication processed. Calling them is just as bad. You can sit on hold for 30 minutes or more, and I have literally heard the phone get picked up only to be immediately placed back on hold. It is incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time and health needs. I will never use this Walgreens again. If you rely on timely prescriptions, communication, or even basic customer service, I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

But with it being the closest thing within walking distance from my hotel to grab snacks, drinks, and forgotten items, it was a welcomed sight. Inside, I am assuming because of high theft, everything is on lock down. At least on the first floor. I did not venture up to the second floor so I cannot speak to that. Well, most things are locked up, but there are a few things near the registers that are not locked up, but those are smaller items that are more convenient. What you need to know when you come here is that you should have your shopping list completed in at least your head so that you complete your shop as quickly as possible. Also for the mere fact that you will need an employee with you to unlock each individual area that you may need an item from. Checking out is a bit easier, mostly self serve kiosks to check out. However, if you need a bag as the number of items you got are more than you can carry, either bring a bag with you or try to find that employee again to get you a bag from behind the counter.

Store was bright , clean and well organized Although I can't say they were well stocked. I picked up the last box of Salonpas; I would have bought another if they had it on the shelf. On my way out, picked up a few spontaneous purchases because I like the brand of popcorn they carry because it has clean ingredients, and some Unreal chocolate. Definitely should have stopped here prior to the gym rather than after when I was ravenous!

They did and offered me the refund of fees as a gift card. Ultimately, me being charged fees for pickup was their parent company's (Kroger) fault. Even so, the store's customer service was excellent and the person who brought the order to my vehicle was super helpful. One of the items I ordered was a fire pit and it was out of stock. If I am grocery shopping, I never have to walk beyond the midway point. Staff in the bakery, fish, meat and nursery areas have always been super helpful. I use the app to take advantage of the digital sales. Regular prices are typically reasonable compared with other grocery stores. No longer live in this part of town but since I workout at the gym nearby, this is where I do the bulk of my grocery shopping other than specialty items.
