Next day I get the text that my prescription is ready, and after standing in line for 15 minutes, I am told it is in fact not ready and I have to wait a half hour. This doesn't just happen to me... Additionally the Pharmacist weaponize the Assistants against us so we get snotty, snide attitude with arrogance, because they know CVS HQ will do nothing to them. I've contacted CVS HQ, and they do nothing to check the behavior of their Pharmacist. Target can do nothing since it does not employ the CVS staff. What Target could do is cancel the CVS contract since SO many of us have run into the same off-the-chart rude, insolent, arrogant behavior and retribution.

The staff here treat you like dirt…read more One of the pharmacists told me to my face she didn't care if I lived or died from my Rx being a MONTH late. There is no accountability. They are hostile to disabled people and the elderly. They blatantly refuse accommodations protected by the ADA. Three times in a row they filled the wrong dosage amount instead of updating to my doctor's orders. I have been coming to this Walgreen's pharmacy for over 20 years. It used to have some of the best technicians who gave excellent service, and were kind, helpful, and polite. In fact when I used to work nearby I knew almost everyone at this store, just from dropping by to grab items on lunch break. Things started to change for the worse and I think earlier this year (2026), there must have been a walkout because suddenly the entire staff changed, several times, with new faces who literally do not give a flying F about anything or anyone. One time when I called she forgot to put me on hold and I could hear two of the pharmacists saying disparaging things about me. They are cruel bullies here. When I called her out over it she did not apologize. She hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me three times in a row. I don't know why these kinds of immature jerks decide to live like middle school is forever but that is the level of "professionalism" you will find from this pharmacy. Dispensing the wrong dosage and not following doctor's orders I think is supposed to be against the law too? I am following up on that soon. The pharmacists here will endanger your life and point and laugh at you while doing so. If people have issues with the elderly, the disabled, and the chronically sick why on earth would you choose to become a pharmacist? The pharmacy staff here are cruel, incompetent, liars who would rather let their idiocy and malice kill you than do anything helpful, kind, informative, or perhaps even lawful. The worst part is they are still the closest to my house and I can't go anywhere else because of that. I now hate going there so much and it causes so much stress. Store was bright , clean and well organized Although I can't say they were well stocked. I picked up the last box of Salonpas; I would have bought another if they had it on the shelf. On my way out, picked up a few spontaneous purchases because I like the brand of popcorn they carry because it has clean ingredients, and some Unreal chocolate. Definitely should have stopped here prior to the gym rather than after when I was ravenous!

I'm a Boost member meaning I get free pickup and deliveries. I ordered 3 items and the most expensive item was out of stock. I ended up being charged a pickup fee. I wasn't happy about that because what's the point of membership if I still have to pay fees? I completed their customer service survey, requesting someone from management reach out. They did and offered me the refund of fees as a gift card. Ultimately, me being charged fees for pickup was their parent company's (Kroger) fault. Even so, the store's customer service was excellent and the person who brought the order to my vehicle was super helpful. One of the items I ordered was a fire pit and it was out of stock. The guy that brought me my order gave me suggestions on where I could find one the day before a major holiday. Now that Gateway is closed, this is the largest Fred Meyer near me and I'll for sure be back.

The grocery section is in one end, home and drugstore items in the middle, and clothing, hardware and plants on the opposite end. If I am grocery shopping, I never have to walk beyond the midway point. Staff in the bakery, fish, meat and nursery areas have always been super helpful. I use the app to take advantage of the digital sales. Regular prices are typically reasonable compared with other grocery stores. No longer live in this part of town but since I workout at the gym nearby, this is where I do the bulk of my grocery shopping other than specialty items.
