This location is 2 blocks from my house and I love the employees here recently. My car key fob died and I bought a new battery and the cashier went out of his way to replace it for me. Just today I had a Rx to fill and the tech was training a new employee and I was impressed how patient she was. As a trainer myself her hands on approach was noticed and appreciated. It was our first big snowfall and the parking lot was completely plowed. I will say my previous experiences there were less than stellar but my past 2 visits were amazing. read more

Entire store was closed! I went there to pick up 4 prescriptions, of which I was out of 1, after work yesterday. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:14 and simultaneously received a text that they would be closed. I went up to the door, since I was there, they closed at 5!! Due to staffing! The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with! Every single time our prescriptions are not ready. The doctor can call in a prescription 3 days in advance and when you arrive either it's not ready, they claim they haven't received it ect ect. Today my son had his tonsils out and needed oxycodone. Guess what? Not ready and they weren't sure they had it in stock. Wtf!? So naturally I get to run back to Walgreens because this incompetent team can't get their shht together! Terrible pharmacy!! I know every employer is desperate for employees, but they scraped the bottom of the barrel with the pharmacist they had today. I talked to my doctor and decided to switch my medication to lozenge form. The pharmacist told me that the medication doesn't come in lozenge form. I asked her if she could check on her computer because I know it does. The pharmacist went ballistic and said, "I've had enough of you, Ma'am!" I was not being argumentative or rude; she just came at me. It was one of the strangest experiences I've ever had. Between the abuse and lack of medication knowledge, I won't be returning to Walgreens. I'm wondering if the pharmacist is truly a licensed pharmacist. Purchased an order online For curbside pickup. Clicked the "I'm here" button. No one came for 20 min. Called the store and they had no idea what I ordered or even the concept of their curbside service. The entire staff needs to be trained. Both employees I spoke to were confused. This is the worst walgreens I've ever been to (all of them haven't been great).. when I tried to get my prescriptions through them, they couldn't figure out my insurance when all my other pharmacies had no issues.. so they just told me they couldn't do it instead of helping me. Just gave up and went somewhere else. Yesterday I waited on hold for almost 40 min with no help just to ask if my photos were ready. They told me they were really busy and I eventually hung up. Called again today, waited on hold for 15 more minutes, got hung up on and was told they were really busy. It takes a min to just check? I am still a customer waiting in line even if it's over the phone. I understand being understaffed but this store has wasted a lot of my time. Never again. read more

I had to go to them to be told that because no one answers the phone. Second time I was on hold for 25 min and then they hung up on me. Drove there and there were 10 cars in line. Waited an hour and half for my CoViD booster and finally left without getting it. while I was there they turned away at least 20 people saying they didn't have time to fill their prescription or their prescriptions were not ready. This is the worst place on the planet. Today, I tried to pick up a prescription (something that comes in a tube so no counting required). My doctor has filed electronically an hour before. When I got there they said they would need another 2 hours to get to it. The pharmacist said he would put my name on his priority list and he should have it withing an hour. 3.5 hours later I went back and they STILL hadn't started it. This was now 9pm and there wasnt a single other person in the store. It STILL took them almost 25 minutes to put a tube in a bag and give it to me. The entire time the 2 assistants were just sitting there chatting and doing nothing. They were absolutely rude which explains why they never wear name tags. This is not the first time. This place just sucks. I keep forgetting to tell my doctor to change where he sends it but will not forget again. read more

This Walgreen's location is constantly in crisis mode. Empty shelves, broken fixtures, dust bunnies everywhere. Most recently, I ended up spending almost 2 hours in the store, and standing in line 4 times. My prescription had been sent over by my Dr. the previous day, and it was the next afternoon. I've learned the hard way calling them is useless. When I finally got my new prescription, the pharmacist walked over and slid the bag toward me with an annoyed stare. No smile, no words. I had other things in hand to purchase, but could tell she was at her breaking point. I will also point out that I am in Cancer treatment and this was a new drug that I had never taken before. I felt bad that they were so in the weeds, so I just eyeballed the dust bunnies behind the Pharmacy register, smiled, and said thanks. I walked past the empty shelves, navigated around boxes full of product employees were struggling to get out, and took the rest of my purchases up front to wait in line again. I figured I'd google the drug, and reach out to the oncologist's nurse if I needed more info than printed with the receipt (I did). They also lost my Christmas cards at photo(another separate line, but did reprint them (I had to come back and wait in line again for them). That was the visit I decided to transfer my prescriptions to CVS and avoid coming back. No shade for the employees. I worked in retail management, and understand everyone is struggling. It's tough having customers constantly angry with you over situations that are beyond your control. Bottom line though, the past several visits have been chaotic, disappointing, and time consuming. When I went to pick up my transferred prescription at CVS it was sooo different! I walked in to see stocked shelves and was greeted by the dude at the front register. There was only one person in line at Pharmacy and that was resolved quickly. Pharm tech smiled and waved me over and got my meds quickly. It was a pleasant experience. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Sorry Walgreen's. I hope upper management provides better support to help you get back on track. read more

I came to fill my daughters prescriptions after her surgery. I came in and they said 15-20 min. I waited more than an hour and a half with no update, nothing. I have seen them fill drive thru prescriptions but nothing for anyone in the store. They are answering phone calls and telling people 5-10 min. It's ridiculous! Just give the actual wait time please. If my family could give zero stars we would. The years of incorrect, lost, not refilling refills, incorrect or no updates and horrible customer service are done. I finally made a total transfer of all medications to Cub in less than 4 minutes and the staff actually answers the phone. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours on hold they disconnected me. This was not an isolated event but it was finally the one that forced me to end our tenure with Walgreens. Do yourself a favor and locate another pharmacy - there is no way any other store would be worse than this one. read more

This place is a disaster! The pharmacy is so slow and inept. My doctor called in a perscription so it would be ready when I pick it up, but NO. It was not ready and the wait was 50 minutes. This continually happens at this pharmacy. If my insurance would allow me to go somewhere else I definitely would take my business elsewhere. Secondly, I ordered 3 orders of pictures from Walgreens. About 1/2 hour to 45 minutes later Walgreens sent me a notification that they were ready. Of course, I went to pick them up and they were not ready at all. The pictures were sitting in the bins of the machine. After trying to find someone to help me which always takes forever, they couldn't find the all the pictures. read more

I ordered one item for curbside pick up and 3 hours later it still wasn't ready. In order to cancel my order, I had to call the store. I called and asked - what happened? Why wasn't my order ready? I was told, "I don't know but, I see it here. I'll cancel it." Within 2 minutes my order was canceled. However, my money wasn't refunded into my account, yet. Worst pharmacy experience in recent history. We had an emergency at 8pm, and it was unresolved at 10pm...AND, they're not answering the phone this morning. Don't waste your time here. I was in the store tonight to pick-up an over the counter medication my doctor recommended. I have never had an issue with any of the cashiers - all have been very nice. However, tonight the woman who waited on me (long hair, sounds like she smokes a lot) so SO rude. She treated me the same last time I was in the store and I thought that maybe I was over-reacting. I wasn't. She says nothing as I approach the counter. Rings up my order - says nothing. Nothing. NOTHING. It occurred to me that she didn't approve of my purchases - as we are under lockdown. I can only guess as there I absolutely no reason to be rude to anyone let alone a customer - and a nice customer at that. And she's risking her life right - that's how she acts. She's not the only one working though - I am too. And I don't look down my nose at people because of it. read more

Arrived at drive thru pharmacy at 4:25pm and it is now 4:55pm, I still haven't been helped and there are 10 cars behind me. I was finally helped at 5:05 PM only for them to tell me for the third time that my prescription is not ready, after they called me three hours prior to tell me it was ready! WORST pharmacy ever. Wow! This place has gone downhill! Do NOT shop here, especially for prescriptions. They have never been correct and you will wait hours or days! They also send false messages saying your prescription is ready and then deny knowing anything about a prescription. Sad! read more

Stopped here yesterday, 01/11/19, and many shelves were half stocked. The whole store had a look of disarray. Used the women's restroom and it was disgustingly filthy. Dirty, smelly and water faucet wouldn't shut off. For your own health, stay away! read more
