He tells me I need to go to the fourth floor so I go to the fourth floor. It's a spa so I have to go all the way back down to the second floor then he tells me finally that I need to go to the other elevators now mind you I am sick and I am in pain and they're making me go through all of this and then talking to me extremely rudely horrible customer service I walked back in and she looked at the guy sitting at the other desk and she goes. I used to go to Wayzata High School and that was ages ago. I remember at the time this place looked like some dusty, ugly looking pharmacy, which made me not want to buy my Nyquil there! They didnt have any products out on the shelves, it was a sad mess. The past year or 2 i did notice some changes. Looked much cleaner and brighter. Then all of a sudden BAM! overnight they transformed this place. The shelves are stocked up and they brought products in they used to not sell. Like Burts Bee's makeup foundation which I have been looking for that foundation everywhere! all types of beauty products that usually you find only at Ulta! This also includes medicine aisle and snacks! OMG the snacks!! and candy its like a mini Candy Land! I have been going to this CVS more often just because of their new products. also it seems like every time I go there , they have so many yellow tags, so many discounts. I think even cheaper then Walgreens. I really recommended this CVS . I live by Ridgedale mall area and I drive all the way here just because of how awesome this placed turned out! They probably have new management or they just stopped being lazy and got to cleaning :-)

This past 10 days have been a nightmare for me with CVS. The HWY 101 and 55 location are once again just rotten. I have a prescription that I need to take every day and I always make sure that I get them the script from my doctor so I don't have to worry about them dropping the ball. This was supposed to be refilled on Thursday of last week and did not get refilled until Monday. I called them finally and they said that they don't have enough to fill. I had to practically scream before they agreed to a partial fill. This happens EVERY MONTH! Because I cannot drive I rely on someone else to pickup and it was 5 times to get 5 refills. Again, in a 10 day period. What? I don't want to talk to the staff because this issue should be addressed by management and they conveniently move those people around. I really want to talk to someone at regional or corporate because this is so unacceptable. Never should happen more than once and it just continues and they don't seem to care.

The location is not very big but it is a full location, smaller size leaves it cozy and the town situation is village like tiny but also friendly, and neat. Very private atmosphere great for locals and possible to stop but not for visitors... shopping is easy ; and Pleasant, but don't expect service the area has no interaction rules and prohibits approaching others - if you ask for help they'll just get confused. The selection is wide and basic and the staff is real in the more intelligent setting leaving you service with no reality and a fun fantasy vibe. Grocery is small, baby is there even though they don't have children in the area and ladies is plentiful with trendy items ; their Focus, popularity. The counter for check out has self service so you don't have to worry about the rules and if you need to you can wait in line. Their points rewards coupons and rebates are running in that location so be ready to see possible savings at the higher priced location, where you most likely pass someone using the benefits : there are a lot of doctors in the area, you'll notice they qualify to shop the savings programs like a customer instead of a recipient. With the professionals around don't feel shy it's a friendly place. I'd go back anytime.

Prices are a bit higher now & now that they remove/don't put the price on items it's a bit annoying shopping here. The inconvenience of the prices not being consistent is also a thing. I try to stick to what I need only. Sometimes the most interaction I get is the mobile sales people in electronics.

The CSR that took my complaint at Target HQ said that they probably would NOT return my call! I am now buy all of dry and grocery goods from AMAZON and COSTCO. I encourage EVERYONE to do the same!
