Adding new prescriptions has also been simple. What I really appreciate is their efficiency--my orders are processed quickly and delivered to my doorstep the very next business day, which is incredibly convenient. When I call to check on prescriptions, I've noticed that some staff members are more knowledgeable and helpful than others, but overall the service has been reliable. So far, I've had four flawless deliveries. Thank you to the Placentia Linda Pharmacy team for making the transition so easy!

And why the entire staff has to go on their break at the same time forcing the closure of the entire pharmacy is completely absurd. I returned at 7:45 PM after work and was refused my medication for the second time in the same day because they said they needed more time to fill it before they closed at eight, despite the fact that they had called me to let me know that everything was ready to pick up. They couldn't be bothered to stay long enough to do their job but evidently feel it's OK to waste my time. I've now gone two days without my medication because of the incompetence of this pharmacy staff. I sincerely hope SavOn follows the same path as Rite Aid and are forced into bankruptcy so that this staff faces the unemployment line.
