Every single time I walk in, the soda machine has no ice--not "low," not "melting," but completely empty. And when you finally accept your fate and try to get a drink anyway, good luck finding a cup. They're always out, or the few left are crushed or sticky. The soda/slushy area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The counters, the nozzles, even the floor are so sticky it feels like you're walking through spilled syrup. It's honestly disgusting. What blows my mind the most is I don't know how corporate hasn't come in and told them to fix this store ASAP. It's that bad. It feels like nobody bothers cleaning, restocking, or doing even basic upkeep. If you're hoping for a quick drink, a clean environment, or literally any standard of customer service, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place is an absolute mess every single time.
