DoorDash can't do anything either but give a few bucks back. I don't know how this business can blatantly steal from their customers. Also they will never answer your call when you try to call and speak to someone. Stay away from this store!!

One day, while finding the car wash was closed again. I decided to ask an employee when the car wash was going to reopen? He responded that he had no idea what the deal was. His demeanor was extremely slothful and he acted annoyed that I was speaking to him. This Shell car wash is completely inefficient. You'd be better off, going home, throwing a bucket of water on your car and letting it air dry. And good luck with a 50-50 chance that the car wash is going to actually be open when you need it. The cost to value is not there at all. The car wash is ideal for an older vehicle. If you really didn't care.

A few times when my doctor's office was slow to send more refills, they gave me a five day emergency supply so I wouldn't be without a medication. Says 24 hours but every time I come after 2 or 3 the same guy says they are closed. It seems like he sits there for hours and does nothing. What a scam :/ rip 711. This same dude sucks. Over weight guy with a beard. Tells everybody they are closed while he sits where and watches videos on his phone. What a shame. I live next door and have to drive to another 711 every time. I won't be giving 711 my business ever again. Fire this dude. He sucks. It says yall r open 24 hours but he clearly closes the store early and just sits there doing nothing. What a shame. Everytime I go late at night to get a coke slurppy the machines is always messed up and the worker there is always irritated with customers. he is the worse employee they have and yet I guess they can't find anyone else to work. The stores tend to be poorly lit, probably in a cost savings effort. Cashiers, baggers, and stock employees are very polite and generally cheerful. While Stater Bros isn't usually my first choice of grocery store, I have been shopping here for 30 years and intend to continue shopping there for years to come.

Her tone continued to feel rude throughout checkout. During the third transaction, she questioned whether we all belonged to the same household. We were making separate purchases for different church and community events and needed separate receipts. The repeated comments made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Everyone else we've encountered at this store has been friendly and professional, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope management addresses this. After this interaction, I would choose another nearby store if she were the available cashier.
