I had until the end of today to pick up prescriptions after being out of town for a few days. Arrived 2 hours before closing and sat at the window watching the pharmacist and cashier talking for 6 minutes completely ignoring me and the car behind me, and then found out they had put the prescriptions back into stock early "because we are going to close soon and didn't need to wait" and couldn't fill them today because "we are almost closed, you can come back tomorrow" . You had two hours before close, it was obvious the staff didn't want to work and wanted to leave early. read more

I came in looking for specific items i was needing and a lady named Holli helped me let me know where i could find everything she really was a life saver i was stressing not finding baby items and other stuff i needed she definitely was going above and beyond! I would rate this Walgreens a .5 star but the rating system didn't let me. I went in this place around 8:50pm and need to use their restroom because it was needed really bad because of a medical condition currently. But (two white ladies) they said "No" and turned me away. I was very polite and never shows dislike. The excuse was that they had just clean it. I've been a Walgreens member for years and always buy expensive medicine there all the time, plus other general items. And just because of this I am going to cancel the membership and never go to any Walgreens ever again I hope this gets to the owners of the Walgreens on 75th & Thunderbird. read more

I have been going to this Walgreens for about a year now and every time I go it is extremely clean and everyone is so nice and helpful!!! The people that work in the pharmacy are the best! They are always so helpful and explain everything very throughly!!! Even when I ask a million questions they never get annoyed and stay super nice!! I want to definitely give a shout out to Derek who is always working and helps me whenever I go in!! He is always so friendly and sweet and always super helpful!!!! He always has a smile!!! The members in the Pharmacy department not the pharmacist are horrible very disrespectful in every way.

When it started to get easier to find a vaccination appointment this was about the 3rd avenue I went down and the first that had appointments available. Actually almost every Walgreens had appointments starting the next day. I picked this location as the nearest to me offering the Pfizer brand. They ignored the papers I had filled out, from their website, saying they preferred the format of the forms they were using at that pharmacy. That didn't really slow down the process because I was in their system from several years ago. Typical of every pharmacy I have gone to there are not enough chairs even without Covid. Both times I was in the booth for my shot not too long after my appointment time. The people I dealt with were nice but seemed a bit disorganized from the volume at times. read more

Recently visited Walgreens to redeem bonus points (i had enough to purchase $50 with my 40,000+ points). At the checkout was told their policy changed 2 days ago - could only redeem $5 worth of points at a time. Not sure if that is $5 per day or per visit. They claim they sent an email about the change but i did not receive ANY notice. I called their corporate office who said the stores had flyers announcing the chg - but i never saw any flyers. Very disappointed about this chg just before the holidays & their lack of customer service. I was told on the phone they would escalate my complaint but it would do me no good. Sad... My shopping days with Walgreens will be seriously reduced from now on.. read more

I have had a lot of issues with this location. They CONSISTENTLY give me the wrong manufacturer even though it's listed on the bottle. Never notify me when it's ready for pick up, when they do the automatic refills, but I'm supposed to come in within 10 days otherwise they pitch it. read more

I've been picking up my prescriptions here for about a year and while I can say 85% of the transactions have fun smoothly, other times they have not. There is the convenience in using the Walgreens app to let the pharmacy know you need your refill and you will come and pick it up at a certain time, but there have been a couple of times where my prescription was not actually ready and either I'd have to wait in their waiting room, or I couldn't pick it up till the next day. Thankfully, my prescription isn't something that is needed or else I will get sick, but it'd be nice to know that when I drive down there to collect it, it's ready and waiting for me. The staff has always been pleasant throughout however and although sometimes they've had to deliver not so good news, they've been kind in doing so. read more

If I could give the pharmacy no stars I would no one in that pharmacy know how to even do their jobs. I get told so many different thing by everyone about a delayed prescription. It's like no one know how to communicate there. I get told I'll have it one day then 4 days later still nothing. Absolutely terrible service. read more

I made an appointment to get my annual flu shot at 3pm and waited over half an hour for the pharmacist to give me the shot. There was no one in the line inside or in the drive through. Two other women were waiting with me for their shot as well. There is no consideration for customers time. Be prepared to wait for a vaccine even if you schedule ahead of time. read more

I made a reservation for a Covid-19 test the day before. They sent an email confirming my reservation. I cleared my afternoon so I could take the test. I drove to the Walgreens and waited in the Pharmacy drive-thru. I get to the window after waiting and show my email confirmation and the attendant, not at all sympathetic, said they were out of covid tests. I received no notification they were out of tests even though they had my email and phone number. There were no signs at the Walgreens drive-thru letting me know. Nothing. For all they knew, I had driven from 30 minutes away. At least be apologetic/sympathetic if you aren't going to let your customers know their appointment has been cancelled. read more

I've been using this pharmacy for years, and it hasn't been until recently that I have horrible customer service. They are nice but they always promise a prescription will be ready at a certain day and time; so I schedule my day around that AND then get there to find out that they were wrong or lied? Idk. So if you want false information all the time this is your place. I would probably double and triple check when they say they can fill something, and even at that it will probably be wrong. read more

I get my RX here, don't have a problem with pharmacy dept. they are always friendly,knowledgeable etc. Today was 20% off for Seniors on regular priced items. Well I thought this was a good thing, until I paid at the front register. I should of been paying more attention but I didn't think I had to babysit. When I got home I went through the receipt only to find no 20% was taken off!!!! Cashiers out there do your job! Cashiering is not only about asking for a donation every time I go in there. I called Walgreens and spoke to a gal. but what could she do??? I would of had to go back there in this 103 degree weather and maybe settle the issue. Maybe. I called in a refill for a Rx on Monday. The automated message said it would be ready Wednesday. I get an automated call on Wednesday morning saying that there was a delay and they will call me when its ready. By saturday morning my medication is almost gone so I call them. Well guess what...they are CLOSED all weekend. The pharmacy completely shut down for the weekend. I understand it's memorial day weekend but even car dealers are open. You are a pharmacy and people are depending on you for medications that are necessary! Closed saturday, sunday, and monday. Unbelievable. I am transferring my prescription so this never happens again! read more

I go in here all the time. Always got deals on some sort of candy. They have the newest chips. Store is clean and full of seasonal nicnacks, the staff is super friendly. They help you find things, they don't mind checking you out at cosmetics or the photo area if it's busy. All around grade A. Keep it 100 WG read more

I have been dealing with this Walgreens for 5 years or so. I am really starting to "rethink" where I am getting my prescriptions filled! When I put in a request for a refill, it asked for a day and time for pick up. Why ask if you are going to bombard me with phone calls and emails that my prescriptions are ready the day I put the request in. I can't pick them up until the day I selected. Then there is the most recent time when I need refills on 2 meds, 1 is out of stock (since November) and the other one is still in process, ok that's fine. I get a phone call and an email that a prescription is ready, I didn't request this med! It isn't due for another 2 wks!! Their wait time is so long and the people behind the counter are a hit or miss on whether they are pleasant and know what they are doing or they are grumpy and not sure of what is going on. Thinking of moving on to Fry's Pharmacy! read more

This review is for my frustrations in getting refills since switching from another Walgreens to this store. I was told to go online and do my business online and I could do all my refills and everything in one place. I had always done my refills by phone but they strongly suggested I do it this way . Fine with me so I got everything organized checked off correct boxes for automatic refills and waited. First prescriptions came up for refill and nothing no phone call no text no nothing. I went down there and they said oh you'll get a text so she did something and I got a text on that one. Next time another one came up and I had to go back to the drugstore to get that one refilled. Next one came up and I decided to make a phone call like I used to do and do it by phone. Big mistake. The guy who answered the phone supposedly a technician was the rudest rudest person ever. I asked why they have Auto refills online if they're not going to Auto refill them. He said I didn't know what I was talking about and that they had never done Auto refills online or any other way. Wow that amazes me since I've been getting Auto refills by phone for about eight years. Needless to say by the time the phone conversation ended this guy had called me an idiot and insulted me in so many ways I can't begin to recount. I am transferring every single one of my prescriptions to CVS and hopefully will get better service. I have been doing business with Walgreens for about 12 years and I'm done. read more
