I stopped in with my daughter so she could get some eyeliner. This Walgreen's is just east of Orange Avenue and far more convenient to get in and out of than the CVS located by it (located on the corner of Orange and Michigan) if you are headed down Orange Avenue towards downtown (for the more directionally functional, that would be north). As a side note, have you ever noticed you always see a CVS and a Walgreen's always within throwing distance of each other? I guess that is a question for the ages (or their respective marketing and planning departments). Parking is good and this location is next to Smithfield Farms. Upon entering we were greeted by the team and I noticed that the store was clean and well organized. My daughter made her selection and I suggested getting the second because one was ten dollars (actually $9.99) and two were fifteen dollars (two were actually $14.99, but I guess it's close enough to fifteen dollars. And yes, I fall for that marketing strategy all the time). Since it was me paying, my daughter had no objection. As we entered the checkout line, they had Frosted Flakes on sale for two dollars a box (actually $1.99). So, we grabbed a box, the Frosted Flakes with Marshmallows grabbed my daughter's attention. John at the checkout was friendly and a true asset to the company. He made us feel like he wanted us there and was happy to be there, as well. We engaged in some small talk about cereal, he was a fan of Frosted Flakes, and it was a great way to finish our transaction. No matter when you go to this Walgreens pharmacy--whether you use the drive-thru, walk inside, or call--there is always an excessive wait. This time, there were six cars waiting in the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside instead. My prescription had already been prepaid, and I was the only customer waiting at the pharmacy counter for pickup. Despite there being five employees behind the counter, not a single person acknowledged me or even said, "We'll be with you shortly." To make matters worse, the pharmacist was on his personal cell phone having what appeared to be a personal conversation while customers were waiting. After standing there for several minutes without any acknowledgment, the first interaction I had was being yelled at by the employee working the drive-thru, telling me to stand at another window so people could see me. The lack of customer service and professionalism at this location is unacceptable. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way. Instead, I was ignored and then spoken to disrespectfully. This pharmacy consistently provides a poor customer experience, and unfortunately, this visit was no exception. read more

Sometimes we roll into Orlando late in the evening but this Walgreen store is open until midnight. Great for popping in to pick up a forgotten toothbrush or a late night snack or cold drink. Another business i raced to after work to get here before they closed and they locked the door right in my face even though its was only 11:50 and the website and phone service says they close at midnight. I understand people want to go home who work there but I am so sick of this happening to me. If the business says its open until midnight it should be open until midnight. read more

The cashier was very stand offish. She was on her phone the entire time. When I had a hard time using my Apple Pay instead of helping she didn't want to help me and she said well you might have to use another form of payment and when I said all I have is my Apple Pay she got frustrated and said wait and then continued to do stuff on her phone. A pretty standard Walgreens, that is easy to get to, and has all the expected things you'd need. Hubs and I recently got colds and were in need of medicine restock so we could treat the symptoms. I hit up this location to grab some Nyquil and some Sudafed. They have all the brand name items you could think of, as well as, the Walgreen's branded items. For the most part, the Walgreen's brand is cheaper than the name brand - give or take a sale price that may drop things a bit lower. Be sure to grab a weekly flyer on the way in if you don't have one already. It's always packed with discount pricing and coupons, so don't miss out on savings you could have had otherwise. Who doesn't love to save money??? Staff is usually good at the main register. Pharmacy is sadly the typically slow version that we have come accustomed to at this chain. This is kind of a bummer when you're sick and just want to grab a Sudafed to feel better.....but you know....meth heads gotta ruin it for everyone ;) Overall: A Despite the slow pharmacy, the still have all the regular jazz, and the flyer offers some great deals, so check that out! read more

Three shots three long wait times. Friday night 6:00 appointment, no joy. At 6:25 asked how much longer. Oh she is getting it ready now. I'm watching and some guy in a white lab coat is Talking to her. I asked if they could stop their conversation as I had already been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Oh she's coming now. No she is not, I can see her shooting the breeze with someone. I'll cancel the appointment as I don't want to interfere with her conversation. Go to Publix at Southside the next morning. 10:20 appointment and I'm finished and walking out at 10:21. That is service!! read more

Have been to this location several times now, both for the pharmacy and for General convenience items. They have a decent selection, it's reasonably clean, and conveniently located. The layout is pretty standard for Walgreens. Pharmacy is in the back as per usual, and they do have a drive-thru at this location which is really convenient. They also have the standard selection of items you would find it pretty much any other Walgreens. read more

As far as pharmacological facilities go - this place is middle of the road. Like so many of us, I rely on pharmaceuticals to live. These folks are in no rush to keep me alive. They are almost robots. HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY! This is the second time that they've messed up my prescription. The first, they didn't send a refill request to my doctor AT ALL when they said they were going to. It was after hours so I had to spend $30 at the take care clinic just to get a prescription and then another HOUR while they filled it (they saw me sitting there and it wasn't busy at all). This second time I requested the same prescription yesterday morning but from my physician instead of the take care clinic and they sent the request to the take care clinic instead. Now it's 4pm the next day and I have no inhaler and can't get a hold of my doctor because they've left for the day. Lets hope I can breath tonight! When I got my medicine through the other Walgreens off of Bumby and Colonial, I never had problems like this. read more

This Walgreens has a 24 hour pharmacy and is in a really convenient location. The employees are no worse than any other Walgreens. You get discounts and points if you use their membership card (can also enter your phone number). The points can eventually be used for discounts. This Walgreens also contains the standard selection of hair care products, low end grocery items, beauty supplies, and miscellany. There's also a photo center. The Walgreens has its own parking lot and it's by the Walmart and Publix and Fresh Farms. So it's convenient to stop by and pick up something from the pharmacy while you're out at the grocery store. The outside of the Walgreens isn't the most attractive. However, it's clean enough and has one of those red box movie things. Overall, it's really convenient and it's the closest 24 hour pharmacy to my location. read more

Keepin' it short and sweet. This Walgreen's is convenient in so many ways. It's a great location on the corner of Delaney and Michigan. It's open 24 hours. It's near popular plazas if you're running other errands in the area. AND most importantly it's super clean and organized. I mostly just come here to print photos off my iPhone which I love being able to do. read more

This review is for the Walgreens Healthcare Clinic at this location. It's in the back by the pharmacy. Just go up to the kiosk and sign in, I only waited about 10 minutes (this was morning, I'm sure afternoons/eve are busier), I was checked in and seen by a practitioner within 20 minutes. The practitioner was able to send her chart note electronically to my doctor's office, and submit my script electronically to my pharmacy where I picked it up a few hours later. They called 2 days later for a follow up. I had a great experience at the Healthcare Clinic! read more

I stopped by at three PM Monday and there was a line at the drive through. That's not unusual but was told to come back in 20 mins. This is a busy location so that's understandable. However, when we went back, we waited 45 mins, before I finally got my prescription. I wouldn't take the time to leave a review for this, but this is the third time it's happened, so I'll use a different location in the future. I went here the other day to return a gallon of milk that had gone sour 2 days before the date on it. They treated me like I had stolen something valuable and was trying to return for cash. I had the receipt. The store manager was rude and didn't care. She said it's almost empty (which it was bc my son had thrown away some of the milk he tried to use to make something). I didn't think there was a requirement to have a certain amount of milk in a container, if it had gone bad, to get a refund. Just had my least bad experience at this walgreens in a while. I only go there when no other area pharmacies have my scrip in stock. Dropped scrip off at 11am today. Was told it would be ready in a few hours. Returned at 8:30 , and drive-thru window was inoperable. Went inside, waited in line, and they couldn't find my scrip. About 20 minutes later, they found it. Nice folks, but they really need to get their sh** together. read more

Don't use this pharmacy unless you have too. The staff is rude. They will put a hold on your prescription for two days or give you a really hard time filling your prescription on time. They have very poor customer service & make you feel like you are a criminal. I have never felt more demeaned or belittled in my entire life by retail personnel.The only positive thing I can say about this pharmacy is its open 24/7. Go to target pharmacy or Publix pharmacy instead. read more

My first visit to this Walgreens was in 2013 when I was visiting Orlando on vacation from New York. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly they left a lasting impression. When we made the decision to relocate to Orlando a few months later, I credited the customer service I'd received at this Walgreens as one of the reasons. I'm usually very happy shopping here but today i went for a sale on detergent which does not have a limit per customer and since i wash a lot of uniforms for the local high school i was going to buy 10 since there was NO LIMIT, until i got up there and they said you can only get 4 to make it fair to the other customers. The pharmacy is awful. I have ONE regular Rx that they mess up all the time and have also randomly taken me off of auto fill.. And now when I am sick, not only does no one contact me when the Rx's are ready but I go to pick up 3 Rx's and they give me 2. The one they DON'T give me is the one for night time when I haven't slept in 3 nights. When I called back, they blamed me. Bc apparently they can't read their own system, and said if I don't tell them how many I'm picking up, they somehow don't know (even though when I called back, they could easily see I had another prescription waiting). read more
