The pharmacy technician took a few extra moments locating my prescriptions because they had been filled on different days and were stored in separate areas. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes.
