Another disgusting drive-through experience. Why does Walgreens send out a text that prescriptions are ready to be picked up. You go through the drive-through. It takes 10 minutes for someone to finally come back and tell you that your prescription is not ready. You'll have to come back later. Absolutely infuriating!!! I don't know if it's just at this location, but man they have lousy drive-through service for the most part. read more

Another Walgreens stop for me. The cashier was quite friendly, and and the store was clean. While there were multiple staff around, the flood crew never asked if I needed assistance despite the fact that I circled and stood next to a locked cabinet. The bathrooms also need improvement. read more

Great staff Normally I wouldn't review a Walgreens, but I've had repeated instances of great customer service here. Today I stopped in to get a bottle of Diet Coke. They were priced 3/$3 but they only had one. At the register the cashier asked if I really just wanted to buy one for the non-sale price, or if he could go run to the back to see if they had more. He did the dash and came back empty handed. He then went ahead and adjust the pricing to give me the $1 deal. When I paid with $2 (tax) he reached into his own pocket for the nickel. I was waiting in the drive through line to pick up prescriptions for my wife. It took 30 minutes per car to get through the line. They have one person dedicated to the drive through window. So, it isn't as if they are taking care of others in the store. Unbelievable. Trained snails would move faster. read more

This Walgreen's has been my go-to pharmacy for about ten years. I changed to a mail-order pharmacy for a couple of years but switched my RXs back to Walgreen's because I can go to the pharmacy counter and speak face-to-face with either a pharmacy tech or a pharmacist when I have a concern or a problem. That is so much better than dealing with someone on a phone in a cubicle in some other part of the world. The Walgreen's app is easy to use and very helpful, and it allows the pharmacy to send a text or email when my RX is ready to be picked up. This is a busy pharmacy so sometimes ther may be a short wait to get to the front of the pickup line, but the service is always worth the short wait. The only negative for me is picking up an RX via the drive-through. That seems to be a little too time consuming, but if I was a parent who had kids in the car with me and didn't want to come into the store I think the drive-through would be a good feature. read more

I am so frustrated with this New Berlin Drive thru service. On my last drive thru prescription pick up I went to the outer lane. The inside lane had a customer being taken care of. Another vehicle pulled up in the inside lane, behind the vehicle being taken care. When the first inside vehicle pulled away the pharmacy tech jumped in and took care of the next inside lane vehicle. It was like I wasn't even there. If the customer in the inside lane had proper manners they would have told the tech I was waiting longer. I guess I need to chalk this one up to a mannerless customer and clueless pharmacy tech at the Walgreens on Moreland and National. read more

This location is clean, well lit and very easy to access. And since it's like any other Walgreens it doesn't take long for you to find what you need. I like that! I was here for a flu shot and the pharmacist was very kind and efficient. You don't see a good "bedside" manner too often at pharmacies. I hardly noticed the shot and had a good conversation to boot. I'm not sure if I was just lucky or what, but I didn't have a long wait at all. After getting what I came for I decided to look around for things I don't need. I found a couple of decent bogo items, funny cards to keep in my stash and soap that was on sale. You always need soap. I'd definitely stop in again because I had a pleasant experience. But then again, I have yet to find a Walgreens with poor service. read more

I went in to pick up a prescription about an hour after a doctors appointment and they still did not have my prescription filled the woman said it would be about 20-30mins then asked if I wanted to wait at which point I said I'll just come back in 30 and she said okay. I returned an hour later thinking this would give them plenty of time to fill the prescription but they again had no prescription ready for me. the woman helping me now inquired with the woman who helped me last from a distance and I could read her lips saying he said he wasn't going to wait but she said the time it would take to fill before asking if I would be sticking around which now I get to do an hour later when if I would have known I would have just waited the first time around. do yourself a favor and pick any other pharmacy! read more

Stopped by for travel sized conveniences. Was directed to the back of the store by a lady who was friendly enough where there's a 4 foot wide and 5 foot tall area with nearly empty bins of mis-matched items and nearly no options. The rest of the store seemed stocked well. Since my visit was about travel sized shampoo and tooth paste - and since they had nearly nothing, I'd recommend driving to one of the 24hour Wal-marts instead. read more
