This Walgreens sits at the corner of Greenfield and Gallatin, just across from Kroger. It is your standard Walgreens location. I am a frequent supporter of the other big pharmacy brand, but swing in Walgreens when the need aligns with convenience, which is normally this location. My latest visit was after a PT appointment in search of some tape and braces for my elbow. I found what I was after tape wise, and while they had a brace, it was a bit pricier than I was willing to spend. The store, interior and exterior, could use some TLC conditionally. Inside was clean, but the parking lot needs some attention. Service is okay. I wouldn't classify it as friendly, but neither rude. Somewhere along the lines of "meh". Overall, this location is a choice out of convenience. When needed, I don't mind swinging by. read more

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy! Completely under staffed and just an overwhelming attitude of indifference as well as a feeling of being a nuisance. The new staff members that work the counter are somewhat incompetent. Sad. I've lived here 20 years and this location has gradually declined to what it is today. read more

My husband and I got our Covid shots today. We scheduled on line. When you enter the store the have QR code to check in. My husbands appointment showed up mine did not. Went back to the Pharmacy and they quickly found my appointment. Within 15 minutes of our arrival we both had our painless free Covid shots. Every one was super kind and efficient. We went noon on a Saturday. No lines. Really happy we choose this pharmacy! Another customer checked in then came back to the pharmacy. They did not have record of her appointment but found out she had come to the wrong location. The lady was fearful she would now loose her appointment. The pharmacist said she already notified the other pharmacy that she was on her way. Again super kind polite and efficient! They rocked it! read more

I came in to purchase some cough drops, and I noticed a sign advertising free flu shots walk ins welcome, so I figured I should get one. So I waited in line for 30 minutes waiting patiently. Once I reached the counter the clerk said I'm sorry, you need to make an appointment. After telling them that there was a sign stating that walk ins were welcome they kept saying you need an appointment. Do yourself a favor and go to Riverside Pharmacy, because Walgreens employees are the worst. read more

3.5 Another travel day, another Walgreen review. It's a thing. Look it up. 'Who cares about reviewing a Walgreens? Aren't they all the same?' No. No, they're not. When it comes to doing your spot buying wrt bathroom/other household needs, you quickly come to realize that all Walgreens aren't yoked equally. For a city Walgreens, this Inglewood location is pretty nice. It certainly has a better inventory than the Eastwood location. In fact, some of the items (eg shampoo, deodorant) even verge on the edge of fancy. And, for some reason, this location has a better/more current stock of magazines than Eastwood does (eg Vanity Fair Hollywood issue. Every.single.year). Where this location falls down on the Walgreens spectrum/scale... customer service. I am not looking for a bff when I head into a Walgreens but a smile, helpful directions and small talk go a long way. The Eastwood location seems to have a few diehard cashiers that are all the way helpful. The employees at this location are... succinct. Asked and answered. Next. I get it. I can't really fault it. I don't love it. But, at the end of the day, it's a 3 minute transaction. I'll live. When I'm not in a rush and *need* the fancy over the perfunctory, I'll head over to Inglewood. You know, the regular crew always treat you respectful. Never go on weekends unless emergency which was today. I needed my medicine for nausea due to chemo. The "tech" that answered the phone when I called was So rude and makes a comment sarcastically that there was a flag on my chart. Who does she think she is? Besides ugly and clueless. She should be fired. That is MY PRIVATE INFORMATION not to be announced as loud as she could.to everyone. I had to talk to on call oncologist because nausea medicine was called in 3 days ago. They denied it was ever called in and Dr. Lang saw where it was. I had to go in and no line, should have been in and out but I had to wait for the meanest one to finish her story about breaking up with. " Ricky" to coworkers. I've had it. All 3 we here running their mouths at the same time and so when wanna be blondie told me the name of the medication. Not by brand or any way to know it was same medication. It had been screwed up by Walgreens for days and I wanted to make sure correct before I left. The most hateful people. Wanna be blonde could have easily given me the brand name instead of asking the same question over and over and over again. Not kindly. I am filing a complaint for breach on the one.They told me to go somewhere else. And I'm looking into it although I have United. I let 3 smart mouthed punks treat me like that when I am this sick. Disclaimer, I am writing this review slightly disgruntled. This is my neighborhood WalGreens. Closest to my house, on my way home from work. I have been a loyal WalGreens pharmacy customer, but I think this is about to change. For the second time in a row, I have called in my prescription and been told that it will not be available. Instead they can call it into another store for you to pick up, but this is the closest store to me. It is incredibly frustrating. I plan on calling in the morning and speaking with the manager. There are more like Quick Tips than an update but here goes! Pharmacy is super speedy! I never call in my prescription and always just fill them on the spot but my wait is generally just 10 minutes or less. This is the store to pop into for organic toiletries such as Burt's Bees, Say Yes To Carrots, Dr. Bonner's, and more as they always seem to have goodies on sale! read more

This Walgreens needs to hire more help. I went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription for my 90 year old mother and the wait was over 30 minutes! Once I was in the line, I couldn't move my car, so I just had to sit there. I know Saturday's are busy, but they need to have the staff to handle the customers. I'm only writing this review as a way of saying F you to this Walgreen's for closing the pharmacy a 1/2 hour early tonight. I leave town tomorrow before they open at 8, and even though they're hours say they're open until 10 they are currently closed at 9:30 - this is the first time I was able to get over here. Now I will be out of town for 4 days during hay fever season without my inhaler. This may seem like a petty review, but seriously F you to this Walgreen's pharmacy for closing early on someone who needs their meds and won't be able to get it in time to leave town. read more

This store has addicts working in the pharmacy who steals half of customers hydrocodone prescriptions. On 3/8/22 after getting out of the ER I called at 6:33 pm to see if my prescription was ready. I spoke with Kayla and she said yes. My sister arrives at the store at 8:26 pm and Pam said still was not ready. My sister gets home at 8:41 and I go to take my medicine and there are only 5 hydrocodone pills when there should have been 10. I immediately call the store and I speak with Kayla to let her know what happened. She says she will get a manager and places me on hold but hung up instead. I have to call back and she apologizes for hanging up and then says she will place me on hold while the manager reviews the tapes to see how many pills were put in the bottle. She then comes back and tell me they viewed the tapes and I was given the correct amount. I then ask for the store manager because I wanted to come view tapes myself. I'm placed on hold again and I speak with the manager on duty Leandria. She informs me I can view the tapes but only the store manager Tammy has access to video room and she won't be until 8 am. I tell her that Kayla told me they viewed them and she apologized that I was lied to. Lawson was the pharmacist on duty at the time the prescription was filled. I then let her know to leave a note for Tammy because I will be in at 8 am to view the tapes. I then call corporate and file a complaint against the store. Beware of this store if you are filling a narcotic. read more

Do not go to the clinic in this Walgreens store as you may be charged incorrectly. If you are charged incorrectly, you will not be able to get a refund at the time of charge. In fact, the entire process of obtaining refund will be almost impossible. The billing department appears to be setup strictly to prevent you from obtaining a straight or honest answer.
