This Walgreens is seriously the worst. I wish I could give negative stars and it's my own fault for continuing to use this Walgreens whether it's the pharmacy or the photo section. It doesn't matter they don't have enough employees, and simply the lack of care that goes into doing anybody's job here is really disappointing. This is my final straw because I'm tired of paying for garbage. Do not go to this Walgreens. Hopefully it will get shut down or they will find you management or something. Even less than incompetent. I have been attempting to correct my pharmacy profile with Walgreens for more than a year and a half. They have outdated information from four years ago and every single time I go there they say they cannot find my prescriptions, but they "found an old profile" they have to merge they said they have put in merge request. I have done this over 10 times since January of 2024 (writing this July 2025). Most of the time, the pharmacists are rude as well. All of this ends up in getting delayed prescriptions by 1-2 weeks. read more

This is mainly for the pharmacy. The store clerks are always very helpful and absolutely amazing if you have a question. The pharmacy, however is a totally different story. The cashier that I dealt with is super nice but the pharmacist and some of the supporting staff look like they're extremely overworked. The customer service is less than par and they don't know how to manage their business properly especially when they're dealing with multiple patients. I tried to pick up a prescription today and they were so backed up. They told me I would have to come back tomorrow. Honestly that is a first especially if you call in your prescription around 2 o'clock. read more

Called a month ago to get a prescription transferred, never happened, called again last week and they basically put the blame on me saying I never called in for that. Asked them to do it, they said they'd take my number and call me back to let me know after which was nice and then never got a call since and tried calling several times and it just disconnected so I gave up and tried somewhere else. The pharmacy tells you to call before you come in and pick up medicine yet put you on hold for a minimum of 30 mins everytime then proceed to hang up on you after waiting in line for forever. A lady literally answered the phone after I waited then said "okay give me a second to check" then hung up on me immediately. Also, there's a young pharmacist who's atrocious at her job and literally has no idea how to read a doctors script but yet when the other pharmacist who's a gentleman literally never has any issues with my scripts.. all of a sudden the young girl is filling mine and she's unable to and needs multiple verifications for literally nothing... like please figure y'all's problems out because this is a joke of a pharmacy with pathetic customer service and honestly the worst set of employees as a whole that I've ever dealt with at a Walgreens pharmacy. read more

Just want to say that I love this Walgreens. Clean, has everything you need. But the people here are amazing. All your staff is very friendly and helpful. I dont know their names. But 2 staff members stand out. One is a gentleman in his 40s maybe and the other is from Australia I think. They go above and beyond and are really nice people. Their policy is if you have been on hold long enough the system will hang you up. And when you finally do get someone you'll get a different problem each time you interface with someone to try and get the medicine that you are dependent on. If there is a problem getting your medicine, they just let it sit which is bad if you need it. They just don't care read more

Worst pharmacy ever. I have been here multiple times (I thought maybe they were just having an off day). The people that work in the pharmacy (with the exception of 1 or 2 employees) are rude and unprofessional. One lady always has a toothpick in her mouth, ew. Two different employees, on two different visits, have completely ignored me while I was talking to them. On today's visit, I was told the prescription would be ready in 20-30 minutes. I arrived an hour and 10 minutes later and it wasn't ready, no apology they wouldn't even an acknowledgement that they were running behind....nothing. The pharmacist, Phil I believe, was nice today and looked into getting me a different brand because the price was so high on what was prescribed by the dr but I had to argue with the other lady forever to get her to take the time to ask the pharmacist. On a previous visit, they quoted me 2 hours for a bottle of cough syrup that was already filled (so all they had to do was put a sticker on the bottle) and there wasn't a single person waiting in the store for their prescriptions. They guy that night was also extremely rude. I wish these people would remember that not everyone is coming in for their meds that they take on a daily basis....many people are coming in because they are sick and feel like crap....treat people with some kindness and respect!!!! read more

Pharmacy is staffed by a lot of undertrained people who don't know how to do their jobs, some do know what they are doing. Been getting my mothers scripts for a decade and 100% of her scripts are covered by her 2 insurance companies in 10 years I have never paid for a script but today the tech couldn't figure out how to fix it and I guess the manager is on vacation so they can't fix it for 6 more days. So that's 6 days of missed doses due to incompetence and this is not the first time. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens for a few months now as it's close to my house. The pharmacy technicians are nice, but I've never had a drive thru visit under 15 minutes. There are at least 5 cars in the drive thru at any time. Each time, they apologize for the wait. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just unorganized, but I never had much of a wait at my previous Walgreens further away. read more

Walgreens is Walgreens. This location is a bit sketchy depending on the time of day you go. I have had people ask me for money outside and the parking lot is always very busy. However, the staff is way helpful! I was looking for travel size contact solution. They pointed me in the right direction then had someone check on me to make sure that I found what I needed. I cannot believe that there are so many negative reviews here. It seems ludicrous compared to my experience with the healthcare clinic. I made an appointment online for 2PM, and the NP saw me on time so I didn't have to wait around forever. I don't think I was there longer than 20 minutes. The NP (his name was Guy!) was quick and attentive. He was very kind and personable, and he got me the right prescription and sent me on my way. The pharmacy staff as well as the store staff were also very pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked and I had no issues whatsoever. One of the NPs even called me a few days later to make sure everything was good. I've been to Walgreen healthcare centers plenty of times for various reasons and that had never happened before. This store was the only one with appointments open, which is why I picked it even though it is on the other side of town from where I work and live. From now on this will be my primary Walgreens healthcare center! read more

Moved across town and needed refills. The pharmacist was crabby and also told me I could only transfer 5 prescriptions (I moved from Gilbert to Mesa). I had only transferred 3 at this point and they wouldn't help me at all. They said it was a "Walgreen's Policy" which I know is not right. Now I am having to drive over to Gilbert to obtain my refills. Disgusting and disappointing, will definitely go elsewhere. read more

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT THIS WALGREENS. AARON, THE WALGREENS EMPLOYEE AT THIS LOCATION IS THE ONE WHO LITERALLY STALKED ME AROUND THE STORE AS IF I WAS STEALING SOMETHING. I've never felt my privacy invaded as much as tonight. I live right down the street so I stop by this Walgreens often but tonight AARON, he watched me down every aisle I went. When I went down an aisle that he couldn't see me in he literally walked down to that side and watched me as I shopped for a damn candy bar (which I actually thought to be funny). I live down the street and pay good money at this Walgreens just so I don't get harassed like I'm at Wal-mart. When I went to pay and confronted Aaron about why he was following me throughout the store he said well because it's "late and you have your hood on". (Which the temperature just got cold it is November) I said so you obviously saw I had a cart full of items. I live down the street and spend a lot of money here I just don't appreciate you following and targeting just me. I really felt violated and uncomfortable shopping. I really don't appreciate AARON, his customer service, and his attitude about the situation. Instead of apologizing and saying I'm sorry you felt that way. No, he couldn't do that. He had to justify his reason for watching me and only targeting me. I'm a 28 yo white male with a full time job don't drink or do drugs with a house and a car. Why would you target me of all people? Don't go for you medications.. They tell you one time take twice as long as they say and you get to watch all the people that come in after you leave with their prescriptions when they wait also. I only come here for the pharmacy and I prefer it to anywhere else (unless I have to pay full price on a script; then I go to Walmart Pharm. since they run about 10% cheaper for generic) and never have a bad experience with any of the staff. Always nice and helpful when I come in with questions about my 'script and when I call to refill they're always nice and don't mind just looking me up by name since I never have my RX number. My only complaint would be the long lines; sometimes you can wait up to 30 minutes in line just to drop off a paper 'script or pick up your refill. The same goes for the drive-up window; which takes longer than the line inside most the time. read more

Went there today looking for some new Wet n Wild eyeshadow quads which they didn't have in yet. Thought, hey I wonder if they have any NYX products. So, I asked the employee who'd been following me and watching me like a hawk since I got into the cosmetics department -middle aged caucasian brunette - and she narrowed her eyes at me and said "no, that's dollar store stuff!" then smirked. WTF..can the attitude lady. They sell it at Ulta and Target..although not high-end, it's not dollar store. Incidentally that was a yes or no question.
