Contacting my primary to see what he thinks I should do. Healthcare is a mess and I'm sick of being kicked to the curb. All I did was show up to my appointment, the staff is awful and now, I'm left with no ENT to tell me how to proceed? I need an endoscopy according to the test results. The price on the hair said $19.99 but I get to the register to find out that I have to pay $24.99 before tax. The owners wife, who is standing there with a dumbfounded look, says she doesn't know how that price got there. Like what? She calls her husband and I called over one of the employees to show them that the package of hair I had and all the ones similar to it, are priced for $19.99. The owner(husband) comes with me to say he needs to check to just argue with me tell its not his problem and that he is selling it for the price of $24.99. He blames the prices being incorrect on the girl who is there in the store with us saying she is new, doesn't know what she is doing, and just puts tags on everything . So I went off on him. First of all, it is your problem as the owner who is always there anyway, to double check that the prices are what they should be. It's unacceptable to openly blame the employee and then get mad at me for wanting the hair for what the price tag on it says. I can see 1 item being priced wrong but come on 3+ plus items of the same all with the wrong price tag. Nobody including the young girl employee should be spoken that way. Stand behind your employee and correct the mistake. You come into a diverse town where the majority of the people living here are African American and Caucasian, set up shop and get so disrespectful. African and Americans and other people of color are the main people spending their money in your store. and then you have two people of color working underneath while talking to them like garbage. I don't see your kind in that store, working to help you or making any purchases there. Don't bite the hands that feed you. To the young employee, with love, remember the words I gave to you today.

Many of the stores are shut down in this shopping center, but Sephora is still standing. Here you'll find most of the upscale skin care and makeup, as well as men's and women's fragrances. Since it's a smaller store, they may not carry all the items that a larger store carries. However, they will order that item for you or provide you with a sample of something similar. I went here with my friend over the weekend, and one of the sales associates Rebecca, was very helpful in finding her color matches for all the items she wanted. Currently during the rise of Covid cases they are restricting the number of guests inside the store. There might be a short wait to get inside. I enjoy coming here for specific skin care items. The sales associates are friendly and helpful, and most of the time I find what I'm looking for.

They're always pretty well stocked, and there are usually multiple (competent, helpful) employees walking around the store if you can't find something or have a question. Most evenings after work, they only seem to have 1 register open, so there can be a bit of a wait. It isn't a big issue, but something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. They recently moved some things around inside the store. After 6-7 years of coming here, it's disorienting. But I'll soon enough redraw the store map in my mind to match the new reality. :)

My Dr wanted me to get my new med. Since I was unable to drive ,gettng my prescription would be difficult. I would need to hire uber etc all The pharmacy manager told me were closing for lunch and almost brought the window gate on my hand I got home and half hour later i got the automated message my meds were ready. I got in touch with the pharmacy to request it be delivered. Was told they don't do that. I have been a walgreens customer for close to 20 years. The new staff could care less about you! I finally got them to deliver to me home. I wasn't going to be home so left a message in my mail box. I got a message and photo and the driver just left it by door. WTH! So just had an ER visit and dr sent the med to Walgreen. I got them same run around from the dead fish on the phone. So I got in touch with CVS and they transferred the script to their store and within two hours , I had my meds So now I am going to let CVS have my business No wonder Walgreens is closing stores Wish they had never promoted Jeff the pharmacy manger . He was great My advice don't go to the Walgreens on Main Street you are wasting your time Also have to tell you about poor customer service on the front register as well Beverly is rude!
