    Blood, feces and urine drenched

    As a school bus driver we unfortunately have to use restrooms other than those at school because those are not always accessible. This experience was completely disgusting. I should report this to CalOsha. The open stall is drenched in blood, urine and feces. So much for this idea. No paper, soap or seat covers. Not that I would have sat anywhere near here. As if that weren't enough, no antibacterial wipes anywhere in the store, not even by the pharmacy. I had to go back to my bus to sanitize my hands and everything I touched. A complete filth pit.

    Attitude central!! They miss-mark clearance items to the exact description and then the assistant manager, Monica get mad at me for not knowing it's in the "system" for full price! Then the pharmacy doesn't explain the wait time and when I go back for prescription in 20 minutes, they say it's another 20 minutes and get mad at you for being impatient. Own up to the miscommunication and be polite. Don't argue back, especially if the customer is actually right (and we aren't always right). I can't stand this place and chip on their shoulders. I am going across the street to CVS!

    Well I was looking for some snacks(after I found my pantyhose which was the reason for me coming to Walgreens) and this random person walk down the aisle and said hello, how are you? I had to stop him and asked if he worked at the store and he said yes. I asked him his name and he said Kevin. It is so awesome to be greeted by the people who work in the store. Didn't know they were having a sale. I got some blue diamond almonds for $5.99 regularly priced $11.99. Yippee!! Thanks Kevin for such great customer service. I recommend this store.

    Horrible customer service. I had appointments for 11am booster, they said to be 15 minutes early for nothing. It's 12:00pm I'm still waiting to take the shot. The pharmacy is empty and their excuse is their system is slow. So now I understand why people aren't getting their booster shot. Come give me a break, at least give me a better service. In fact, I still don't understand why they advertised the free flu shot and when I got there the attendant tried to charge me $42.00 for the supposed FREE flu shot. I still can't understand. I just want to Thanks a lot Walgreens for the wonderful service

    Unfortunately I had to put my items back and leave there is only one cashier while the line was around the store and the bathrooms are not open to the public so I had to leave.

    Some of the employees here seem REALLY fed up with customers at this store. I'm sure they have been through a lot at this location, which I definitely take into consideration, but I don't think that means that low quality customer treatment is now acceptable (across multiple visits). I waited for them to come take a cheap item I needed out of the locked cages (that every item is in now), and when they did, instead of handing me the 5 dollar item, they insisted that they would take it up to the front where it would be waiting for me. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. ALTHOUGH, it is true that you never-ever know what people might be dealing with in their lives... --which is why I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

    This is the first time we've been to this location and we were very impressed. This was due to…read moreMoises. We were checking on some photos we sent in for printing to see if they were ready. He looked our order up and proceeded to print right away. Moises let us know how long it would take and would periodically check in to let us know how much longer. He later had to go on break and let me know another person would be finishing up the transaction. He informed his coworker the details of our transaction and that we already paid. When he got back from break, he again checked on us and our order. He explained their printer got stuck and only 30 of 40 printed. He gave us a couple of options on how to proceed--- if we would like a partial refund or if we wanted to wait for them to fix the printer and reprint. We opt for the partial refund. Moises provided us one of the best customer experience we've had at Walgreens. He was sincere in his apologies, extremely attentive, articulate and helpful. Great job Moises!

    I ordered a product for pick up through their APP. The process was very easy and convenient…read more However when I got to the parking lot it was PACKED. The two curbside spots were occupied with cars with no one in either one. How inconvenient and inconsiderate for people with small children, elderly folks, or just regular people using curbside delivery. Too bad Walgreens doesn't invest in a security guard to make rounds in the parking lot. The cashiers have always been nice, and it's the only place that carries the hair product for my curly hair. The shelves are always empty, and they are always out of stock for the most BASIC necessities like milk, popular beverages, eggs, etc. And it is clearly because they are not paying their bills. This is obvious to anyone who's ever worked in retail. They will have a milk or beverage brand and then suddenly stop carrying it and switch to another brand, until that vendor doesn't get paid, then the shelves are empty till they find another vendor, and then stiff them. Embarrassing! DO BETTER! You are a major chain, and yet the mom and pop store down the road can manage to keep their shelves stocked with milk and eggs. I gave it 2 stars, since the staff is usually super cool and helpful, This is obviously coming from further up the ladder.
