When you say you are not being notified, they say to "Call Corporate. It's not our problem." I guess they just expect you to call multiple times to see if your prescription is ready and wait 10-15min. on hold each time. Then they tell you they put your prescription back because you didn't come in and get it, and now they are out of it, so can't refill until next week. (My prescription ran out. They said they would call my doctor and have her fax a script. I never heard back. I called back 2 weeks later and this is the response I got.) I mean, seriously? But if you have nothing better to do with your time, they are definitely the cheapest around.

The girl told me they do it in house so I expected to hear back within 48 hours. I never did. I called and called and called no one ever answers so k went in and asked where we were in the process. The employees said they don't see my stuff there. So then I asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn't there so I gave my info for him to call. He never did. So I then called and called and called and no answer. So went on their site and was directed to speak via chat w a rep from yes video. She told me that they don't have my stuff nor was it ever shipped. This is now 5 weeks later. The rep contacted the store manager and he said he has the tapes still and was going to call me back w the info. He never called. This has continued for over 2 months now and the manger Garrett Rexford has mailed my tapes from my childhood and of family members who are no longer w me to a business somewhere in Grand Rapids Michigan. He sounded as if he didn't care and said here's the info and basically expected me to figure it out. I could only get so far bc I did not mail it. From months of going back and forth with ups, cvs Corp, the manger and yes video. I have gotten no response from anyone and Garrett the manager has also blocked my number. I've documented all calls, texts, chat etc with everyone.

I went to pick up my medication a week ago from the drive through. A young man (probably in his…read morelate 20's) took care of me at the window. As I'm waiting for my medication the cvs employee coughed and didn't cover his mouth. He was not wearing PPE and gave me the medication as if this pandemic is a joke. I was extremely upset and told him he can be A symptomatic and could easily pass this on to me or anyone else. He started to laugh and joked that nothing will happen. I'm scared and paranoid at this moment. I should not have to deal with such carelessness from a Pharmacey employee. Usually people go there to pick medication because they're not feeling well. This man didn't care to keep customers safe. He clearly should not be working the window at CVS. This pharmacy should train employees to take precautions seriously to keep themselves and customers safe.

Hopefully some of this renovation will take place at the pharmacy, because it's somewhat cramped and not really capable of handling a backlog of customers. Both the drive-up window and instore pickup lines are long and slow. They are understaffed but even if they had enough staff there is nowhere to put them. The physical pharmacy space itself is tiny. The retail store is large; one would think that the pharmacy would deserve larger and more efficient space. The instore waiting area is not well lit. The worst thing, though, a pharmacist there told me that Eliquis and clopidogrel (Plavix) are the same thing. They are completely different drugs and act in different ways. Be careful of any advice you get from a pharmacist there.
