The reason I didn't give this store 5 stars is because when entering the store some of the women who worked there gave me looks and made me feel like I was being watched and judged. I was greeted hesitantly, and then the employees started talking amongst themselves. Sadly I noticed this is a trend in most Ulta stores. Thankfully there was the sweetest woman working in the high end makeup section who was like a breath of fresh air from all the other stores. She was very happy and down to earth, and even complimented me on how beautiful my makeup looked. She would be the main reason I would consider returning to this store. She was not pushy whatsoever, gave me space to look for however long, yet gently made sure that I was finding everything i needed and was willing to help. The store was well stocked, especially in the high end makeup section (which I have pictures of). They had a lot of palettes that the others don't have in stock, such as the Jaclyn Hill palette. A few brands were missing testers, but did have the actual product right behind it. Every brand had almost their entire line on display, something that is odd for Ulta. Another thing that was surprising to me was that they had almost all of the Organix hair products, whereas other stores only have a few different ones. This Ulta is almost 40 minutes away from my house, but I am willing to travel for the customer service. My experience here was a good one, besides the few judge mental workers (which is to be expected I suppose). So long as I can shop in peace, I'm good. I will definitely be returning!

From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful--setting the tone for a truly positive experience. Dr. Katzoff saw me quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately offered reassurance that the issues could be fixed--and that I wouldn't have further problems once they were properly addressed. I chose to wait about a week and a half for my new insurance to take effect, and then I returned to have the work done. From the moment the procedure was completed, I could tell it had been done right this time. Fillings that had previously fallen out were replaced and felt completely normal again. A more serious issue with a molar in the back--something that had been causing sharp pain when chewing--was also corrected. The pain is now gone, and the poorly done fillings were fully and properly replaced. We were also on a tight schedule, as my family and I were preparing to leave for vacation, and the office went out of their way to accommodate us. I'm genuinely thankful for the professionalism, skill, and care shown by Dr. Katzoff and his entire team.
