Normally I don't get too upset about how salespeople interact, but everyone I dealt with was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor even acknowledging my presence. Obviously when you are buying a stairlift, you are seeking assistance, and as someone who had never bought one before, I just wanted to flesh out all my needs and questions with a knowledgable salesperson. Having dealt with this "company" (more like a frat house in there), I can honestly say I will never deal with them again, and you would be better suited building a stairlift yourself! After shopping around at 2 other places after Freedom Lifts, I found exactly what I was looking for, at prices that were SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER for the SAME product. STAY AWAY!!!!

They told me they were closed and to come back at 2pm. I asked why they can't help me if they are clearly still working. "Our system is shutdown.". When I questioned that, the snarky one asked if I would like them to transfer my script somewhere else. I'm not sure how she could do that with the system down. Clearly, she just didn't want to help me.

When I asked for her name she said "I'm not going to give it to you". If I'm supposed to call her back, why won't she give her name?! Also, how can a pharmacy of such a wide scope across the US not be able to tell me when I can expect my prescription to be ready? Isn't that their job? I'm appalled by this whole experience. I ended up transferring the refill to the CVS in Brooklyn and they were able to get me my rx in 5 min.

I requested my prescription to be delivered to my home but I never received it. This has happened…read moremany times in the past with other orders but this is first time with a prescription. The pharmacy has cut their hours to just weekdays until 6:00 pm and no weekend hours. No wonder they are in financial distress. This is so inconvenient for people that work full time or do not have transportation. When I call the number that they text you about the delivery it says cannot connect you. and forget about going on the Uber website that's a bunch of bull.

Usually have a good experience here but I tried to use the affirm app to make a larger purchase…read more None of the employees knew how to cash it out. I had to split the transaction and pay with two different debit cards after customer service trying to cash me out and applying two more loans on my affirm account. $90 was taken out of my regular bank when one of the 3 approved loans went through. However Walmart doesn't do in store Walmart Affirm purchases anymore which I didn't know and neither did the three other employees that tried to help me knew. So now I have 3 pending loans, $90 out of my bank on top of $350 out of another account and $99 out of another account. I have disputed with my bank, affirm, and Walmart. No one has resolved my issue. I'm pretty sure it's not legal for an employee to apply for loans on your phone. And higher up management should be communicating with staff that in store affirm is no longer a thing since Jan apparently. Very upset with the experience, very disappointed that I had pay out of pocket for three loans I was approved for which ended up being well over $1000 in loans.
