Normally I don't get too upset about how salespeople interact, but everyone I dealt with was rude and acted like they were doing me a favor even acknowledging my presence. Obviously when you are buying a stairlift, you are seeking assistance, and as someone who had never bought one before, I just wanted to flesh out all my needs and questions with a knowledgable salesperson. Having dealt with this "company" (more like a frat house in there), I can honestly say I will never deal with them again, and you would be better suited building a stairlift yourself! After shopping around at 2 other places after Freedom Lifts, I found exactly what I was looking for, at prices that were SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER for the SAME product. STAY AWAY!!!!

He listened to my concerns and developed a solution to provide a lift to take us up 10 feet to our raised home entrance. The project met all the requirement for the State of Massachusetts. Linda, as project manager, provided the technical documentation for the State inspections and records. Her associates kept me and my general contractor informed every step of the way during construction and testing. Bill and his team worked well with the general contractor, electrical sub contractor and others to provide an excellent installation. All events were well planned and engineered to make the project a success. It was a large, exciting project for me to undertake. I am most grateful to the people at Homehealthsmith for their work, attention to detail and follow through on the project. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy…read more I received two separate notifications stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. After going out of my way to get to the pharmacy, the staff seemed completely unaware of my prescription, even though all of the information should have already been documented in their system. The first employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. (She should not be working in customer service, clearly it's not the right profession for her.) I was then told that my prescription wasn't actually ready and would need to be prepared. However, instead of helping me, the pharmacy staff informed me they were closing for lunch and that I would have to come back later. I explained that I had received two notifications telling me my prescription was ready for pickup, but my concerns were ignored. It was clear that their priority was closing for lunch rather than assisting a customer who had arrived based on information sent directly by CVS. Being told to return after their lunch break--after I had already made a trip specifically because I was notified my prescription was ready--was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. This experience demonstrated a lack of communication, poor customer service, and little regard for customers' time. Prescription medications are often time-sensitive, and patients should be able to rely on the notifications they receive. I expect much better professionalism, courtesy, and accountability from a pharmacy entrusted with people's healthcare.

They told me they were closed and to come back at 2pm. I asked why they can't help me if they are clearly still working. "Our system is shutdown.". When I questioned that, the snarky one asked if I would like them to transfer my script somewhere else. I'm not sure how she could do that with the system down. Clearly, she just didn't want to help me.

Also, how can a pharmacy of such a wide scope across the US not be able to tell me when I can expect my prescription to be ready? Isn't that their job? I'm appalled by this whole experience. I ended up transferring the refill to the CVS in Brooklyn and they were able to get me my rx in 5 min.

I requested my prescription to be delivered to my home but I never received it. This has happened…read moremany times in the past with other orders but this is first time with a prescription. The pharmacy has cut their hours to just weekdays until 6:00 pm and no weekend hours. No wonder they are in financial distress. This is so inconvenient for people that work full time or do not have transportation. When I call the number that they text you about the delivery it says cannot connect you. and forget about going on the Uber website that's a bunch of bull.
