Customer beware! Can't speak to a human pharmacist. Their ridiculous A.I. call bot can't associate my phone number with any known account because I don't have a known account. I need to speak to a pharmacist about my prescriptions, yet the A.I. assistant hangs up on me. Real crap customer service, actually lack thereof. My family and I will be switching to WalMart Pharmacy. I will never return here and I've been a long time customer with CVS. read more

Very rude pharmacy staff, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Scripts are NEVER ready when they say they will be causing me to make multiple trips every time my family or I have needed something filled . Trying to transfer to Walgreens in Dayville but CVS is having trouble with this as well causing Walgreens to jump through hoops! They won't transfer my information despite multiple requests from both myself and Walgreens! Go to Walgreens in Dayville where there is competent staff. I'd rather drive 15 minutes further for better quality customer service. read more

OMG! Why is this pharmacy even open. My first experience with them was trying to get my pain management meds which I have been on for 15 years because of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since I was 7. The pharmicist was rude,not understanding at all,only assumed I was a drug addict. Without meeting me. She never even saw me.They received the script on a Tuesday. They contacted me explaining they wouldn't fill my script the doc will have to change my meds, because they won't fill it. While they were waiting for my doc to call them with a new script, which she wouldn't do, they never ordered it, which it's a pharmacy. Excuse me you are a pharmacy. Then there was a problem with the new CVS CAREMARK insurance,the script needed a prior auth. Which wasn't a problem but then, it was Friday and the pharmicists said there's another problem, we don't have any. Pain meds are time sensative.You can only fill the script 3 days before you are out. So now they had to order it, (they wouldn't) Why wouldn't they order a drug they knew they didn't have on hand right away , and it's a pharmacy, why aren't they just doing their jobs and fill the script. I would have been without my meds and gone through withdrawal all weekend, the pharmacy wouldn't have gotten the newly ordered meds until the following Tuesday.They sit in judgement of everybody with their perfect health, and their perfect pharmacy. They call it HEALTH HUB, I call it health disfunction. Wouldn't want to soil the good name of CVS with drugs. WHat if someone has surgery and needs pain meds right away. I've had 20 surgeries, but that didn't matter to them, they still treated my like a drug addict. buT CVS won't keep it on hand. Or order it. We depend on pharmacies to get our meds, what do we do if the pharmacies won't fill our meds, we go to the streets. So thanks CVS for forcing me into the streets when I used to get my meds from a reputable pharmacy, Walmart in RI. I need to know I have safe medications. Not street drugs that could contain fentinyl. You see, we switched to CVS CAREMARK for our health insurance so I am stuck with them. I've been having to pay $140 for the script at another pharmacy, that is reputable and they care about their customers well being. It reminds me of the government taking over our reproductive rights. When Roe v Wade was overturned, I had a hard time getting my methotrexate because it causes spontanious abortions. It's a chemo drug used for skin cancer & rheumatoid arthritis. I have been with CVS for decades. First Plainfield then Brooklyn. I have always been satisfied until the last six months. Customer service in the pharmacy is horrid. They don't listen to concerns. You can't easily get through to the pharmacy when you call - I have no idea how senior citizens can handle it. But today the technician was irritated before he even heard me out. When I tried to explain he just kept talking. Then I tried again - he just kept ignoring me. Even when I said I just finished speaking to the doctor - wouldn't listen. THEN when my husband went to pick up the prescriptions, he started yelling at my husband about me - and my husband heard the entire conversation. We are done - after years of being devout CVS customers - no longer... And clearly, something is going on because there is so much turnover in the pharmacy no one knows who we are anymore. read more

CVS in Brooklyn has the rudest pharmacy manager ever. Kathy is very rude and unprofessional. Few times I have been in there she has been either drunk or high on drugs. Started to do the Kiosk and got interrupted several times, then waited, then more questions, then into the room we go. I will say this, after 10 to 15 minutes of rough direction, being abruptly told what to do, being talked down to, I had enough and stated to Linda Pio that she needed to change her tone and comments to me as I was there for help not her abuse. Told me little to nothing about what was going on, every question was like pulling teeth. She just wanted to type in the computer and move me along. No personality for dealing with sick people. No interaction skills with a patient, No nothing but a very uncomfortable situation. If I had to be seen again there I much rather stay sick. She wore no gloves, No mask but kept correcting me when my mask moved a little. Then she went and gave me a $239.00 bill ??????? Is that the cost to be treated and uncomfortable these days. I was there for the 139.99 max to be seen, that does not include the meds. Just maybe if she let me know what was going and what to expect I would not have been so upset. Sorry but Terrible, terrible visit. I will NEVER go back to that clinic. My scripts are going to go to Big Y and I will go to another care facility. Be nicer and have more manners when dealing with the sick Linda or move onto another profession. This has 1 star because it would not let me leave it blank. Worst customer service. Pharmacy hours are outdated. I went to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy hours posted said they were open until 10 pm. I arrived at 6:05 and they just closed. The entire pharmacy staff was still behind the counter and they refused to wait on me. I called the front of the store and the rude young woman said the entire staff was gone and they closed at 6 pm. I told the lady that I can see everyone still there and wondered if it was an option to ring out my prescription at the front of the store and she confirmed that everyone was gone for the night. Last month when I went to pick up my prescription after waiting 20 minutes in line, they asked me to come back in 25 minutes. I returned after grocery shopping 45 minutes later and it still wasn't ready, so I waited another 15 minutes. And I NEVER complained because they were busy. But, after tonight's visit, I can confidently say that this store has very poor customer service. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. read more

Pharmacy is a complete wreck, I'd be shocked if they weren't investigated soon. Prescriptions are always missing, they're never sure of thier stock, and pills are mysteriously missing from thier shelves. Had a prescription sent here today. Doctors office confirmed it was sent. Pharmacy techs lost the fax and then accused me of drug seeking behavior when I got irritated with them, a complete joke. read more

This pharmacy is agonizingly slow to fill prescriptions, even when the prescription is called ahead.

Should be open 24hrs. We don't have any 24hr locations anywhere near by. We have often had to wait a few days or go to another location to pick up the medications. The pharmacy techs sometimes are rude, at least a certain 1 or 2. read more
