They're pretty up front about what's covered and what's not and you can always ask questions.

I worked here many years ago, the management was terrible, they are not all about the patients as…read morethey should be. My grandpa was at this establishment for 2-3 days and contracted a virus and the facility did not inform us once that it was going around, I found out myself and had to inform my family and the hospital in which he was staying that he needed to be tested. The facility called us and we're more concerned about whether or not they could give his bed up rather than asking how he is doing. Do not recommend this facility AT ALL from personal views of working there to having family members in the facility. If you are looking for a GREAT local nursing home PLEASE refer to Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehab.

Check on the day of was a breeze, they had called us the Friday before with the time (8:50) which was good as she couldn't eat or drink anything. Not sure if the trend to put the little ones early for this reason but it worked in our favor. The staff was truly incredible, they talked us through how the day would flow and each and every person from the desk check-in to the nurses and doctors were wonderful. I couldn't help but cry when my LO went to sleep and i had to exit the OR but they reassured me and were kind, and the whole thing was over in about 15 minutes. The recovery room staff was wonderful as well and it was just lots of moms/dads holding their little ones who either just got their tubes in, adenoids or tonsils removed (in same cases both). They followed up promptly the next day as well. Thank you ENT Center of RI for the remarkable experience.

Dr. Koenigs and the doctor who was the anesthesiologist (forgot her name), were both top notch. They were very professional and efficient. The whole office is nicely set up and the patient rooms are really aesthetically pleasing with windows and a lot of rustic wood. The atmosphere is really pleasant-the hygienist was really engaging and we held a conversation while I waited for the Dentist. The office has a radio playing in the background and there's a lot of natural light in the office, so it's a really calming place. Dr. Cattanach (one of two dentists) was really friendly and held great conversation. She was efficient, but thorough and it wasn't painful at all. For new patients, they establish a baseline history, so my appointment took about an hour, but it felt like 10 minutes. All in all, this was a really pleasing place that was quick, efficient, and fun. My favorite dentist office that I've ever been to.
