I felt comfortable spending as much time as I needed in the makeup department, and I left wanting to return again. Not something I can say for the other stores. The reason I didn't give this store 5 stars is because when entering the store some of the women who worked there gave me looks and made me feel like I was being watched and judged. I was greeted hesitantly, and then the employees started talking amongst themselves. Sadly I noticed this is a trend in most Ulta stores. Thankfully there was the sweetest woman working in the high end makeup section who was like a breath of fresh air from all the other stores. She was very happy and down to earth, and even complimented me on how beautiful my makeup looked. She would be the main reason I would consider returning to this store. She was not pushy whatsoever, gave me space to look for however long, yet gently made sure that I was finding everything i needed and was willing to help. The store was well stocked, especially in the high end makeup section (which I have pictures of). They had a lot of palettes that the others don't have in stock, such as the Jaclyn Hill palette. A few brands were missing testers, but did have the actual product right behind it. Every brand had almost their entire line on display, something that is odd for Ulta. Another thing that was surprising to me was that they had almost all of the Organix hair products, whereas other stores only have a few different ones. This Ulta is almost 40 minutes away from my house, but I am willing to travel for the customer service. My experience here was a good one, besides the few judge mental workers (which is to be expected I suppose). So long as I can shop in peace, I'm good. I will definitely be returning!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy…read more I received two separate notifications stating that my prescription was ready for pickup. After going out of my way to get to the pharmacy, the staff seemed completely unaware of my prescription, even though all of the information should have already been documented in their system. The first employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. (She should not be working in customer service, clearly it's not the right profession for her.) I was then told that my prescription wasn't actually ready and would need to be prepared. However, instead of helping me, the pharmacy staff informed me they were closing for lunch and that I would have to come back later. I explained that I had received two notifications telling me my prescription was ready for pickup, but my concerns were ignored. It was clear that their priority was closing for lunch rather than assisting a customer who had arrived based on information sent directly by CVS. Being told to return after their lunch break--after I had already made a trip specifically because I was notified my prescription was ready--was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. This experience demonstrated a lack of communication, poor customer service, and little regard for customers' time. Prescription medications are often time-sensitive, and patients should be able to rely on the notifications they receive. I expect much better professionalism, courtesy, and accountability from a pharmacy entrusted with people's healthcare.
