Well, that was the 1st I have heard that I had cataracts, and I told her there was no way in the world she was going to operate on my eyes. She said that she may not allow me to drive. Now, I can decide if I'm safe to drive or not. I asked her if she was legally required to report it to the DMV and she said no, but sometimes she does - well, first, that's illegal. That is against HIPPA. Second, I am NOT going to let anyone bully me into something I am not comfortable with - especially with SOMEONE I'm not comfortable with. For that, alone, I will never go back to them. Also, though, the visit before that, I think I got the wrong script for my glasses because the glasses I had were not good, and she said my eyes got better - I know for a fact that was not true. I still haven't gotten my new prescription...

This company is absolutely deplorable! The have an online store which had a lot of products that…read morewere running out of stock at highly discounted prices. Placed 4 large orders as I was stocking up supplies to provide a day of pampering for chronic kidney disease patients and their caregivers at our dialysis treatment center my husband is a patient at for the holidays. Paid and even paid for expedited shipping on 2 of the orders. We were very excited for this miracle as I was beginning to think I wouldn't be able to get enough supplies to make it a reality. Well after 24 hours of not getting a tracking number for any of the orders I reached out to the company. They were extremely rude claim. Ingredients that they had no online store and that I was lying. Even after sending them screenshots of my confirmation of successful order with their online address and store name on it I was told I was a liar and told to leave them alone they had no online store. Even after I showed my bank statement I was called a liar and to leave them alone they had no online store. But immediately after sendin g my order documents AGAIN and being called a liar again I received a text from their online store that they said didn't exist saying I received a partial refund for my orders. And quickly changed their site to under construction. Ever received any items or the remainder of refund. They did all this because they didn't want to honor my large orders at the prices they had advertised and allowed me to purchase. So now I have had to postpone the day of pampering I wanted to give to these people who are already going through so much in their illness a day of health and beauty for Christmas.. Even with them knowing what the items were for they didn't care and continued to refuse me service or proper treatment!!!! I wish I didn't have to even put 1 star! m

I knew I was going to drop some change pretty hard when I needed new contacts. One of the things I…read moreappreciated most about TotalVision was that the group here is very transparent about costs from the minute you get in. In fact, there are 5 different tiers of contact pricing, so that helped me figure out what would fit me best. In addition, they let me try a certain type of contacts for 4 days and come back in to determine if it was a good fit and feel for me. That little gesture really helped solidify my confidence and eased the pain of the cost. Dr. Lindower was very kind and efficient without making me feel rushed. The other two people working here who helped during my appointment - I forget their names! - were also very nice. You could tell they do the same sequence with most of their patients, but I felt cared for and not just another paying customer. They answered my questions along the way and were very descriptive about what a certain test or a certain liquid was for. It was a little challenging getting a first-time appointment, but there was a lot more flexibility for the follow-up appointment. Definitely call with a bunch of time leeway in mind. I'd definitely recommend TotalVision.
