I did not notice any elevator so it would be a hard shop for those who are disabled. Not by any fault of the store owners its an old building. I could not tell the vibe if you could negotiate. My aunt and I came out from New York and we had a great day. It had just started to snow so the grounds were beautiful. We spent so much time in this store and enjoyed every minute of it. There is so much to see. Literally ceiling to floor; wall to wall of Christmas decorations. It's beautiful. I had to take pictures of it all. I wanted to show everyone back home. We were so lucky when we came it wasnt very crowded so we didn't feel rushed; I love the ornaments I bought and my aunt was really happy with her purchases as well. We keep talking about returning, but it is a 6 hour drive from where we live. Maybe this coming year. Also, and the best part of the store honestly is the gentleman who owns the place.
